Everything was clean and cool,we like the view from the property,very comfortable)

The property asking to thow away the garbage,to put to the diswasher and turn it on and to put the towels into the washing machine, it is ok when you are living for a long time in the property,but when you are just for one day to see the city it is uncomfortable to clean it and spend your time.

It was a bit problematic to find the keys, as we checked in late at night.

The parking instructions were not very clear and we ended up having to loop around the block (which took 45 minutes because it’s Toronto) but once we figured it out it was fine. we didn’t have any issues getting keys, however the front desk mentioned that these apartments when booked through booking.com can be challenging to figure out which apartment number you’re in because the host doesn’t always give them the name of the renter. This was not the case for us, but something to be aware of. Ask the host for your unit number prior to arrival.

Location, roominess, decor, and the cleanliness of the condo was exceptional!

The property management did a poor job with my check-in. Upon arrival of the property the front desk could not find my reservation and they were also rude. I had to send additional personal information to include a selfie with my identification card and a security deposit, which should have been sent via the Booking.com App prior to my arrival. Also, sending a copy of my passport and identification card was overboard and also a security risk. I’ve traveled around the world and never had to go through so much red tape to book my accommodations. I will not book through GLOBAL STAY again!

The location was great for my need, and the View form the unit was spectacular! The apartment was immaculate - everything was clean. The bed was a great sleep for me. Nice big closets for all my hanging needs. The Kitchen was great with all the dishware and cooking supplies you need, and the living room was simple and lovely.

While the interior was clean, the window were in desperate need of a proper wash. I understand some are not easily accessible, but most were over the balcony, and could easily be cleaned. To the point that a prior guest had written in the build up that was on the sliding door "Clean Me". Since I am writing this, it of course was not cleaned. Next the bedrooms were very spartan, with only 1 small bed side table and 1 lamp. In one of the rooms, the table was built wrong and wobbled, while the switch on the lamp was broken and could only be turned on and of by unplugging the power. Lastly better instructions of where to park when getting the keys would have been a big help. But to be clear I would rent this in a heartbeat if it is available next time I need to stay in the city.

Good view, good location, well furnished and equipped modern apartment in a great location. Very spacious and the apartment even had 2 bathrooms.

Check in time would be more convenient if it was earlier than 4pm. We weren’t made aware of the 25+ policy when booking, resulting in having to pay a $1000 dollar deposit as there wasn’t an option to cancel and get a refund. This needs to be made much clearer with a notification before the payment screen. As well as that at $400 for a night i wouldn’t expect to have to put our towels on a wash and take the rubbish out.

The location is IDEAL. Very walkable, I wish we stayed longer. We had booked another apartment originally but there was a flooding issue, so Globalstay contacted me and gave me a few options to choose from. They honoured the same price. The parking was confusing at first but I texted the globalstay number and they answered me immediately. It was nice knowing my car was safe overnight. There were coffee supplies in the cupboard which we didn't need, but good to have. I read ALL the reviews that I could before and after booking so I knew the check-in process would be a bit tricky, and I knew that I needed to take photos of the place when I checked in and out. I also knew if there were any issues that I needed to tell Globalstay DURING my stay so they could resolve them. They answered my texts promptly. I got my $200 deposit back 6 days after check-out.

The parking fob has a little round button that you have to push while pointing it at the scanner in order to get in. You also need to do this in order to get to your floor in the elevator. The bathroom sink and toilet could have used a better clean but Globalstay said they would pass it onto their cleaning team. After I made the booking, Globalstay asked me for a $400 deposit instead of $200 because it was the holiday season. Booking.com worked with me to honour the $200 deposit that is advertised. I understand the reason for this policy but it should be transparent at the time of booking.

The apartment was excellent and exactly as described. Two separate bedrooms, one ensuite and a separate bathroom. We were on the 38th floor with excellent views and no noticeable street noise. It was spotlessly clean and had plenty of plates, cutlery, etc. We were only staying for one night but it would have been a great base for several days.

The key collection was a bit confusing. Check in was from 4:00pm but we arrived a little early at 3:45pm. Reception didn't seem to have any idea what the arrangements should be and suggested contacting the host or seeing if the apartment was open. We tried the door, but it was locked so we tried phoned using the contact details from booking.com. The cleaner was running a bit late, so we eventually got in a little after 4:00pm which was fine, but the instructions could have been clearer.

Cleanliness. Attention to detail. Excellent hosts. Very responsive. Little extras like condiments, coffee, tea & toothbrushes were much appreciated. Big bottles of shampoo & conditioner, shower gel, shaving cream and body lotion left in cupboards. 👍 Good hairdryer. Extra large Jacuzzi & fabulous gym on different floor with free access! All in all, we were made to feel very welcome and would highly recommend. Thank you Globalstay. 🪴

Maybe time to change the mattresses..? Noisy springs when turning sides.
