I was absolutely disappointed with the parking lot, it is really small and uncomfortable to drive into… and you have to leave the keys so if you have an emergency at night, no one can help you to drive out, when you ask to get the keys back, they seem angry and careless

No breakfast included but there is fridge, microwave and Dennys in parking lot as well as small markets within walking distance. Rooms and hotel are basic but provide what you need after long day at Disneyland. Hotel s situated right across the street from Disneyland entrance, which is main reason for choosing. Parking is valet only and very jam packed so we were happy to not have to park ourselves.

Not enough parking for all rooms which resulted and some interesting parking. By evening all cars were blocked in by other cars. If you do need to get your car out I’m not sure how you would.

Location! Location! Location!!! Our room was not 5-star; however, it had what we needed. Ground floor level room with 2Q + bunk bed for three adults + one child (5yo). After averaging +20K steps per day at both parks, our family was mainly in the room to sleep and prepare for the following day. The staff members were pleasant and knowledgeable regarding Disneyland. They were friendly, and I appreciated the coffee station in the lobby. Also, 24-hour restaurants in a 2-block radius for late-night eats. Since Denny's was on the way, We conveniently ordered pancakes (to go) and ate while waiting for the rope drop, which helped our family take advantage of the golden morning hour and do rides before it became too packed with other visitors.

(1) The fridge motor in our room was quite noisy. It woke me up a couple of times; therefore, I used noise-cancelling earbuds to remedy the situation for the remainder of my stay. (2) More hooks inside the bathroom would be more convenient than outside ones. (3) The bed was okay, but the bedding was worn out. Some spots in the inner lining were not as smooth and felt rough.

Sooo close to Disneyland, it was the best decision for my family staying for 3 days with little ones. Mid day breaks are necessary so this location was great!

The property itself was ok, the worst part was the tight parking lot. We paid a lot of money for onsite parking (in addition to the cost) so it would’ve been nice to have a bigger lot where nobody got blocked in. It seemed like they didn’t have enough room to accommodate everyone’s vehicles. They made it work though. Overall it was worth it and we would stay again.

So close to the park entrance. And the ihop was a bonus for the kids eat free. Bunk beds were a smash hit with the kids. Spacious room. Kids found free toys under the bunk. Also the housekeeping staff were great. One of them even ran after me when I left my wallet.

The mattresses were a little stiff. But still comfortable. The lights on the bunk beds were good for flood lighting. The green led for motion sensor on the bathroom light was almost as bright as the actual light. The room could use a little tlc. The carpet was wrinkled and old.

I have been going to DL for years and this was the closest I have ever stayed to the parks! The walk back after the end of the night was worth every penny.

The limited housekeeping was strange, they would take your towels and they never replaced the hand towels or washcloths? I could deal with them not making the beds, since husband and I would just crash coming back from the parks. We got around via uber but I saw the limited parking/valet situation looked like it could be problematic,

The location and staff are great. My room was large and very clean. The cleaning staff came in and changed the trash and gave us new towels every day. The valet is very kind and accommodating.

The parking situation is difficult. There are limited spaces to park and by the end of the night, the valet has cars stacked on top of each other. I had planned to leave early in the morning but valet doesn’t open until 6am. It took him a bit of time to organize the cars so I can get out of my spot. Don’t get me wrong the valet is wonderful, kind, and does the best they can do. The parking situation is just challenging especially if you are going to use your car during your stay.

Always enjoy our stay at Del Sol, very close to the park-within a few minutes walk. Close to food in all directions. We had a family room with bunkbeds for the kids which is always a bonus for them. Daily maid service, clean pool onsite. Hot water every shower. Beds are very comfy. Nice fridge, microwave, hairdryer, ice. Have stayed 3 times and always quiet, friendly staff, family friendly.

This time we had a corner room with no view, but we did arrive at midnight so that's understandable. Would have preferred a downstairs by pool as requested. Never enough coffee packets in the room and they don't use Kpods. Was able to get as many coffee packets as requested at front desk. A suggestion: Throw a full length mirror on the bathroom door. Bathroom mirror lighting is good though. Never had a great breakfast, but miss it. They have none now, but Denny's is steps away.

We LOVED the proximity to the parks. It took us maybe 5 minutes to get to the front gate. While it doesn’t have any thrills, the rooms are upgraded and were exceptionally clean. All the staff we talked to were so kind and personable.

It’s an older motel, so you can hear outside your room pretty easily. We were on the first floor and could hear footsteps from the room up above us. Our air conditioner was also a bit noisy, but worked well.

The room was spacious, Beds were nice and comfortable. Disneyland is just across the street within walking distance! Denny’s is right next door and other dining also within walking distance. The people were nice and friendly. My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

The parking is not the greatest it’s a bit tight! The only thing that bothered me was I had the maids In while we were out to grab some garbage and when we returned back to our room the door had been left open. Thank goodness nothing was missing!
