The location was ideal.

There was a ghost in room 332. No doubt seen him, did not mention to my family to not scare them and it was confirmed when my partner informed me privately he seen a ghost in the room the next day.

Bed are really comfortable

The charge for parking, I think that should be specified before I booked the room.

I have stay in Disneland are hotels for the past year as my girlfriend lives in Utah. I have appraised hotels for over 20 years, ranginh from limited servoce to full dervice wi multiple profit centers. Yours is by far the best hotel I have stayed in, by far the cleanest. It was a great stay ! Thank you.

The price point seems a bit high. I did the first night on booking.com; it was supossed to be for two nights, so they messed up-not the first time. There was no mention of a :parking or "resort fee' so I was disappointed the learn about the extra $35/ inc. tax. couldn't you just bundle the parking cost into the quoted rate? I know you are near Disneyland so you capture is probaly primarily one vosit stays, just like the restaurants around Disneyland-one or two visits by a customer. I grew up in Anaheim, so I Have been around for years. I call it the "Disneyland effect. Thets not on you.

I stayed at SunCoast Hotel in Aug and it by far exceeded my expectations. My room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. I was very impressed with the service when checking in has Cherine was able to check me in earlier to my room, after a 20 hour flight that was greatly appreciated. The accommodation was in walking distance to DisneyLand. Thanks so much SunCoast Hotel i will definitely be back :-)

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The pool is wonderful. Being able to see the Disneyland fireworks while you are swimming is so cool!

It was quite noisy in the room we stayed in. Could hear the upstairs guests which actually kept us up. Also able to hear outside noise. We stayed in a queen room. Last summer we stayed in a king suite and I don't remember the noise. That room had a floor to ceiling window which must be much thicker glass. The queen room had a half window with the A/C below it, thin glass. Also, even though we turned the A/C off at bed time, it kept coming on in the early morning hours for a few minutes then shutting off. It woke us up every morning of our 7 night stay. Very upsetting! The pillows are terrible, way too soft. For the price and the high cost of parking there should be something offered complimentary for breakfast in the lobby! Coffee, fruit, muffins- something!

We loved this place! The staff was so wonderful, we were staying for a disneyland trip for our daughter's 5th birthday and they gave her a present and balloons to celebrate! Free of charge!! The pool was a wonderful way to kick off our days, and a great way to relax at the end of it. Rooms are a great size and very clean. The only thing is that room service does not come by to clean every day, but the staff was wonderful about getting us extra towels and linens whenever we needed it. We did have to take our own trash down a few times, but it wasn't that inconvenient. The bus to Disneyland stops right outside, and uber rides are cheap to get to the main attractions in Anaheim. If you choose to walk, you are only 10 min away from Disneyland, with shops and restaurants even closer. Breakfast is not included and at an extra price, but overall we were extremely satisfied with our experience and will definitely be coming back!

The room was spacious, clean, pool was nice and water was at temperature which was nice . Also had free laundry which was nice to have. We had two tvs in our room which was nice to have so kids could watch their shows and us ours. Short Walking distance of Disneyland about 10 mins or so depending on how fast you walk. Like how there was gated parking also parking garage under the hotel. Staff was every helpful and always asked about our stay and if we needed anything when we saw them in the halls or elevators.

Parking per day $30 plus tax but mostly everywhere charges parking , breakfast not included. The cabinet where the fridge and microwave were squeaky when opening and closing . Also the fridge turned everything frozen no temperatures features to change it so might need updating.

The location to Disneyland and freeway. The hotel was clean with large lobby. The pool was fantastic! The room was comfortable

The pool was down for maintenance the first night we were there. It was available second night but we didn't have much time to stay in it. The breakfast served were dry pastries and was not complimentary. Parking price is overpriced.

Stay here often when I go to Disneyland. I like that the pool is open late, midnight, and that you can walk to Disneyland. The hotel is clean and has pleasant decor. Also, the staff is helpful. It will be nice when the pandemic is fully over and the rooms are again cleaned every day and the breakfast bar reopens.

They added a parking fee in the last year or so, but it is one of the cheapest in the area.

A really great hotel with a very close proximity to Disneyland. Lovely to be able to take a break in the middle of the day and relax around the pool. Rooms were huge and the beds very comfy with a long list of cable channels available. Hotel decor was Californian Beach Chic and suited the area. Perfect for your Disneyland break.

Because of Covid they are only cleaning the rooms every three days which seems a shame especially as lots of other hotels have now resumed a full housekeeping service.
