Very comfortable surroundings and clean. Great location. Staff friendly and helpful.

First I have to say we love staying with Sonesta, but this time the garbage disposal didn’t work and the sink did not have a stopper in order to keep water in the sink or keep food out of the garbage disposal. We spoke with the front desk. They spoke to maintenance who checked out kitchen outlets but we never got a stopper. The bed in our room (2213) was so very uncomfortable with little support, rolling us to the middle. Nether my husband or I have back problems, but our backs still hurt 4 days after checking out. I may need to postpone my scheduled shoulder surgery until the pain is gone.

The space of the room and the fact that all dogs are welcomed The room was Gamer friendly. The pancakes were great. The pancakes from the machine was amazing!!! Breakfast selection was good.

The $250 hold fee, of course. Even though the room was 165 and it was just a hold put on my card. for the night It added up to $415. Costly!!! The furniture was worn and peeling on the sofa cushions. The door wouldn't close all the way unless you slammed it. Too much furniture. Once the sofa bed was let out. It was difficult to navigate thru the space Breakfast times 2 hour time frame. I had to drive to the main building to get breakfast

Comfortable spacious apartment. Functional kitchen with enough equipment to self cater. Comfortable beds. Grocery stores and public transport within reasonable walking distances. Pleasant helpful staff.

A lot of wasteful packaging associated with breakfast items and use of disposable plates and cutlery. More healthy items could have been offered for breakfast (although we still enjoyed what we ate).

I stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. The accommodations were spacious. I liked the private entrances. The full size refrigerator and dishwasher were both utilized. Plenty of drawers and closet space for those that like to unpack their suitcase. Upon arrival my suite was stocked with towels, extra tp, and tissue boxes. The outdoor pool was closed, but it looked like it would be enjoyed by summertime guests. In addition, there was a basketball court and some outdoor grills. The Sonesta offers a quiet setting with plenty of restaurants and a mall nearby.

The furniture was a bit outdated, but that didn't really bother me. I prefer space over a modernized environment. The dining table in my suite was a bit wobbly, but still usable. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best. I was hoping for more of a selection of hot foods. The waffles were cold. I threw them out. However, something is better than nothing. I was happy with a cup of coffee.

Breakfast was great, lots of options. I most liked the staff, literally every single staff member we came across, which was a lot in 4 days, was so nice and helpful!!

If I had to pick something it would be to have a smaller basketball hoop for kids on the outside court. I also was a little disappointed that we couldn't get coffee after breakfast hours.

Breakfast was great! The room needed some repairs. The room was pretty clean. All the appliances worked. There were two tvs!

Busses in the lot took up a lot of spaces. The missing body was and conditioner in the shower and the repairs in the bathroom from previous guests on upper floors.

Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The one bedroom suite was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. The suite was perfect for one person to stay for several months. Nice breakfast with many options.

Apartment like, spacious, great value , comfortable bed and pillows, good variety of breakfast items at the buffet. Recommend bacon everyday for breakfast buffet not just weekends.

Hard to find the front desk - better signage , the thermostat kept me awake at night, constantly clicking on and off. Better coffee at breakfast buffet.

I had an extended stay at this hotel and loved the one bedroom suite which was like a small apartment. It was equipped with enough kitchen supplies and utensils, pans, etc that I could cook some small meals for myself. Since our daughter lives in the area, we will definitely be staying again! Staff extremely nice and helpful. Beds very comfortable

All staff members were very friendly and helpful, and quickly accommodated our requests for more pillows, help with the sofa bed, and general information. Our room was super clean, very comfortable, and we also liked the courtyard with the pool and outdoor seating area.

The wifi was non-existent in our room. We had to go to the lobby to be able to connect to it, which was a hassle. In talking to the receptionist, she mentioned she had heard the same complaint from other guests. My husband needed to do some work, and having him not be able to do so in our room was a bit of a bummer. If you advertise wifi, I'd expect it to work. That's table stakes these days.
