We greatly appreciated the hotel staff, from the managers to the support staff. They were always friendly and helpful. The facilities were complete and comfortable, such as the fitness area, the lounge, and the workspace with computers. My family and I found the breakfast was sufficient to start off the day. There was a chance for us to do what suited our respective tastes. The location was ideal -- restaurants and convenience stores were very accessible.

Providing free car parking spaces would be helpful for us who come in our cars. Available parking space was limited.

Everything. Homey feel to the public areas and room, great bed, good shower, fridge-freezer, coffee/tea making facility. American-style, just about everything I could want was offered for breakfast. Just to point out, plates, cups, cutlery all disposable, but quality of food was of pretty high standard. Staff very pleasant. 15min walk from the Assembly Row shopping district (on other side of Mystic river).

It would be nice to have a few more international tv stations (for a bit of added variety). Availability of a tray would be nice to carry breakfast from buffet area to table area, but not really a big deal.

I liked the convenience to the places I needed to visit. I LOVED that the hotel validated my parking in the structure if there was no parking available outside the hotel.

The TownePlace Suite I had was too tight for three people. When the sofa bed was open, there was no room to walk through. That part was very disappointing for the price.

We booked thru Booking.com for $180 for 2 nights. Total shown to us was $400 + parking. When we got our emailed receipt hours after we left, we were charged $224 per night. $524 total. We were charged about $90-100 more than we were quoted thru Booking.com.

The environment is neat and homely. I liked that the kitchen area has the necessary things for cooking and eating to make staying there comfortable. The room also has microwave and a big refrigerator. Breakfast is also good, there is grab and go option or you can dine in Overall, it is a good place to lodge.

The staff are nice but some of them need to be prompt with response to customer's request.

it was very clean, updated, quiet (aside from the fire alarm), and the staff seemed nice!

My boyfriend and I both could not get comfortable in the bed, we tossed and turned all night, and we finally fell asleep at 3am and woke up at 7am for the breakfast and then the fire alarm would not stop going off for basically the rest of the stay up until we checked out.

5 min walk to the nearest Subway station. Total time to downtown - 25 min.

Parking is a little challenge. 12$ / daily. Hard to find a spot. But you can park at the nearest parking garage. Generally - not a big deal. Breakfast is very very simple. 6/10

The location was excellent -- near conveniences and the train. The facilities were comprehensive -- the dining room, lounge, and the small office corner were pleasant and comfortable. The laundry facilities were very useful.

Shower was the nicest shower ever. Kitchenette and full fridge were nice.

No bathroom fan. TV was in an awkward location for watching. the A/C unit was motion sensor so we woke up in the middle of the night from it being too hot/stuffy. Full length mirror could be better served on the other side of the bathroom door.
