The room was very clean and big. It was in a good location.

We paid extra for the breakfast only to discover that breakfast is always included so I think we overpaid on Booking for something that was already free. We paid extra for a room with a view and were disappointed; the other side of the hotel had a better view. The “heated pool wasn’t heated…it was very cold. The pool was dirty with lots of hair and sand/dirt in the pool bottom. We had to call for pool towels. We chose this hotel in pet for its valet parking but when we arrived (early) it was full. I think we totally overpaid for what we actually got from Booking.

Great location for exploring some of Boston’s waterfront and particularly for attending an event at TD Garden. Room was bigger than I’d expected and was comfortable with the exception of the single bed which was not ideal for an adult.

The single bed was not suitable for an adult and not much additional bedding had been provided. The breakfast was relatively good but a stay longer than 2 days would have highlighted the lack of variety. More fresh fruit would have been welcome.

Great experience. When we opened the door to our room, it had a nauseating chemical cleaner smell. We went back down to the front desk and they immediately gave us a new room. No hassle at all. The front desk was also great with recommendations of places to go within walking distance of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place for the family and to assist at Boston Bruins game and visit USS Constitution museum. Easy access when you arrive from Quebec city. We appreciated the kitchenette in the room and the good included breakfast.

The location is good - an easy 15 minute walk to the North station subway and some restaurants etc, 15 minutes to the nearest ferry terminal (Charlestown) which went to Long Wharf and practically on the Freedom Trail - at the Bunker hill end. The room was spacious with a separate bedroom and living room with sofa bed, small table and kitchen area. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and varied. The breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed in the room was intended for use by teenagers but it was very uncomfortable and the mattress lumpy and springs noisy - we put the mattress on the floor and it worked well. The sofa bed wasn’t made up and the bedding was in a bag in the cupboard. The reception staff overall were not very friendly during check in, the day shift were more friendly.

I thought the location was pretty good. We were able to walk around which was nice. When we arrived the room was ready early which is always great. I only stayed one night each time (total of two trips) so I didn't really have a chance to use the kitchen, but it was nice to have. If you are staying for several days, it would be super nice. I stayed in a king suite with a pull out bed.

The view was pretty bad. There was construction on the bridge and I just literally looked at mess the whole time which was disappointing. It looked to be a long project so if you stay there this year, that is likely what you will get. You may want to ask for a room that doesn't look at it. The breakfast was not the best considering the very high price per night. I have had much better at places half the cost.

Breakfast was good-many choices Easy access to north end and the ferry to long wharf.

I think the area where breakfast is located is too small-there we’re a lot of people waiting in line for food and not enough places to sit. We had two separate stays first two nights -we had to tell manager at desk that the room was filthy-dog hair everywhere food on the floor-bathroom was disgusting-manager at desk promptly addressed it and had the room deep cleaned. Some of the furnishings are tired-couches could use updating but I got a great rate so can’t say too much -but cleanliness is always at top of my list-simple is ok !

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Decent sized breakfast in the morning but it was so crowded and difficult to find seating. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

it would be nice to leave out the hot water for tea and cocoa all day like the coffee. Children under 12 should not be allowed to get their own food from breakfast buffet. I saw a young child doing something disgusting then touching several plates and common utensils.

We liked the amenities in the King suite: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine. We liked the fact that there were two rooms, one for living and one for sleeping. We especially liked the bathroom counter with the sink: enough space to put all our things on. The bed was very good.

Breakfast was a bit on the meagre side. Some fruit and a bit more choice in bread and coffees would have been nice.

This location was perfect for our needs. We were able to walk to the USS Constitution (only about 5 min. away) and easily walked into the city using two different routes. They provided a hot breakfast each morning and the front desk staff answered our many questions about the Boston. A very nice experience.

There was a bit of mold in the shower tile grout. Valet parking was $50/night; glad we didn't have a car.
