Host met us upon our arrival very friendly and helpful. He arranged our transportation to and from airport which was very appreciated. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice and updated. Rooms are only one flight up stairs so not many stairs. Coffee center and mini refrigerator in room and in central area.

Our room overlooked the square. The cafe below kept late-hours so if you are a light sleeper the noise and activity may keep you up. I use earplugs so I was just fine. The neighbor hood has a bohemian vibe with lots of restaurants and bars to pick from.

Apartment located in the bohemian area of Rome surrounded by an array of restaurants, bars and the Italian atmosphere with all the required amenities - updated bathroom, comfortable beds and a coffee machine in shared kitchenette. Connected to the opposite side of the Tiber River with numerous bridges, the location is perfect to walk to Rome’s popular attractions and to explore Rome’s hidden gems. Maria & Federico were incredible hosts; always available to provide assistance, provide recommendations and advise new and interesting areas and aspects of Rome that need to be seen to be believed. Can be a little noisy at night with buskers in the piazza, but not unbearable and part of the Italian experience!

The location was very central set in a beautiful piazza in Trastevere and easily accessible during the day. We easily found parking along Lungo Tevere and found the establishment to be comfortable, clean and well organised. It was well apointed with all the ammenities we needed. The host was super helpful and well organised with all the latest technology and gadgets to facilitate his and the guest's ease of operation. However, at night it was a different experience altogether.

The entrance of the building was often blocked by car parked in the narrow alleyway right in front of the building and the restaurant on the piazza full patrons making access to the front door somewhat difficult at times. The night we arrived with our luggage we had a really tough time getting our bags to the front door of the building. Furthermore, at night the whole area became filled with huge crowds of very loud, drunken youth whom we could hear right through the night with windows closed and air-conditioner turned on. Had we known, we would not have chosen to stay in this location.

The room is very clean and looks like the pictures on the website. Bad and pillows super comfortable Spacious room. Lots of space for luggage. Has a mini fridge and microwave which is handy and coffee for the morning Great area. Entertainment and food right at your doorstep but when it was time for bed couldn’t hear anything Loved our stay Only issue (but not for us) could be that there isn’t a lift. You have to carry the luggage up 12 stairs. It wasn’t an issue for us.

Centrally located to trasevere area. Very vibrant. Still could walk to the major sites in Rome. We walked from Spanish steps back with no issues.

Clean, comfortable accomodation, nice private bathroom, access to shared kitchenette with complimentary coffee. Fresh towels and bottle if water provided daily. Very pleasant, helpful and attentive hoasts. Close walking distance to Rome's major tourist sites.

The location is great, as it's close walking distance to the main Sightseeing attractions. However, the suite is situated in the activity heart of Trestevere area, with windows facing a restaurant just a few meters away, so if you enjoy night life, this is the right spot for you, but if you are looking for a quiet spot, where you can go to bed early and get a long restfull sleep, this may not be the best location for you.

Beautiful apartment with lovely modern decor. Had a little basket on our bed with towels and water in it, which was a nice touch. Great location with lots of retarurants and bars right outside your door and walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. We only saw staff at checking in, they were very helpful and gave us advice on local transport. Would definetely stay here again if we come back to Rome.

Not a massive issue but the air conditioning was in the corner of the room so you could only really get the benefit if you were over that side of the room and it was very hot when we stayed. Apart from that it was a great apartment and would recommend!

Perhaps the most comfortable bed and pillows I have encountered while traveling. The space was large, the location outstanding for both access to all the destinations but more importantly for a wide selection of great food right outside your doorstep. Protip: Trastevere is a bustling place at night in the summer - bring good earplugs and you'll be fine.

The location of the AC unit in our room was not ideal, being tucked by the seating area instead of the bed area. Regardless, on hot nights we were fine but do feel we cranked the temperature more than we would have if it was nearer.

We love Trastevere and make a point to stay in the neighborhood whenever we come to Rome. We recently stayed at this lovely apartment and the location is fantastic, with excellent walkability to all the major attractions, restaurants (our favorite Zi'Umberto - right out the front door), and shops. The room itself was very comfortable and of high quality. It was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. Any questions or issues we had were promptly addressed, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Bonus: we arrived early and although our room was not ready, we were able to meet with Maria for check in and store our luggage while we bounced around for a few hours. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay in Rome.

There was nothing we didn't like. All things were positive. One thing to note is this is a small property with only 3 apartments; while there is a small common area kitchenette with coffee machine (yay!) there is no toilet access.

The service of this place is incredible - Maria and Federico we’re so helpful, so quick to respond, made us feel like no matter what we needed they could help. Which when you are in a foreign country and don’t speak the language is so helpful! On top of that, the location is amazing if you love being amongst the best restaurants and with a fun vibe. The streets have so much energy - we loved it. Plus the room was big and clean and comfortable. But beds, fridge, good facilities, very safe. Could not recommend this place anymore. Book it!

There is a bit of street noise but for us this wasn’t an issue.

Great location. Trastevere has a real buzz about it that’s different to the busyness of the areas around the main sights. Easy to walk to anywhere we wanted to be. Maria, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful, recommending many restaurants (the ones we tried were excellent) and arranging an early taxi to the airport. The room had everything we needed. Super comfy bed, lots of hanging and storage space, a mini fridge, hairdryer, clothes steamer, plugs beside the bed. Loved the wooden ceiling and the rustic, but modern feel of the room. There’s also a shared mini kitchen with a coffee maker and microwave.
