We had an issue with the hot water at our room - it turned out that there is an issue with the boiler. The hotel staff reacted quickly and after a technical check-up, it turned out that it will take a few hours to fix this. The hotel staff apologized and upgraded us for free to a higher-class room right away in which hot water was available. Their fast reaction showed that they value their guests and do their best to provide the best possible experience even if something unexpected goes wrong. We appreciated the staff's responsiveness - we had a good stay and will come again with pleasure.

The location is amazing situated in the park basically it’s in the heart of nature very quiet and surrounded by trees

Location is great, in the middle of a beautiful park, near a stream of water, a real pleasure to be there. The rooms are small, but comfortable, newly furbished, good beds, bathroom ok. The hotel itself looks good on the inside, a little old and dusty on the outside (terraces and pool). What it is missing is a sense of coziness, it feels a little cold and impersonal. Personnel was polite and friendly, checkin and chekout really smooth.

The breakfast is poor and certainly not at 4 stars level. Cheese and cold cuts were old and didn't look too good, the omlette was cold (as in yesterday's omlette cold), not the greatest options for juices. Not worth the 5 aditional euros. The rooms desperately need insect screens, in autumn there are a lot of stinky bugs and it's a pity to have to stay with the window closed.

The location is quite nice. There is a big park surrounding the hotel. The place is quiet and green. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and clean. We were here for two nights and had a very nice time at dinner in the restaurant. The food was good and quick on the table.

The hotel is quite obviously an old building made to look modern. The floor in our room was crooked so walking around felt like being a bit drunk. The window panes were not very well insulated and during the night it got cold if the air conditioning was not on.

Outstanding! First time in the last 10 years that a hotel was waiting for the customer with running air conditioning!!! I was so pleased, after a 5 hour trip, driving in full sun at 36 degrees I walked into a perfectly chilled room!!! The restaurant offers a wide range of tasty dishes and a wide array of wines! The personnel from the front desk and restaurant were smiling all the time and were answered immediately to any requests! The hotel is located in a very quiet and green area, a perfect place for night rest. For travellers using cars, there are a lot of parking places.

Lovely nature around & the retro feel that the building evokes. The staff was polite.

The hotel seems to be cheaply renovated and because of that I find it to be overpriced in terms of comfort. The bed was too narrow.

The beds were quite firm, which I like so I slept like a baby. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good, above my expectations. The breakfast buffet was not very big but it contained all you needed and it was a mix of continental and local food.

The park area surrounding the hotel is probably beautiful in the summer time but during this time of year it is completely dark. There are no lights at all so if you plan on taking a walk/run in the afternoon/evening and you are visiting during winter, bring a head lamp or flash light, your mobile phone will no be enough :)

The hotel is located in park Kailaka, which is not close to the city center. But it’s very calm and peaceful place and if you want to rest and sleep well this place is perfect. The swimming pool is free for the guest of the hotel but it’s only outdoor. The rooms are ok

The hotel offers breakfast but they charge you additionally 19 BG leva per person and they don’t have different price for kids. On the other hand the breakfast is nothing special to justify one’s expectations.

It is a nice hotel tucked away in the mountain with beautiful pool and good parking. We had free pool access and they even provided free beach towels by the poolside which was a nice touch! We had rented the 1-Bedroom Apartment which was pretty comfortable and spacious. The view from the balcony was great.

The staff were a bit rude in a true Bulgarian fashion. The rate does not include breakfast making the price to worth ration not really worth it.

Super friendly hotel on the edge of a peaceful park. Especially Iwan (who checked us in) is super welcoming, informative and fun (great meeting you Iwan!) The rooms are spacious and the swimming pool is pleasant.

Being from north-west Europe the breakfast felt a bit, how to say, ‘heavy’. Lot’s of meat options, very little healthy choices. We were there for just 1 night so we couldn’t be bothered much.
