Staff was friendly and helpful and our room was big, because we chose an apartment. The location is perfect, because it's in the city center. We had air conditioning in our room and it was on before our stay, so we were welcomed in a cold room, which was nice, because it was really hot day. We were able to park our car in the private parking. Our room was perfectly cleaned and bedsheets smelled nice.

Hotel is really old, the elevators are shaking and small, the common spaces look really old and it's not vintage. The hotel private parking is really small and you might not be able to park, you cannot book place in advance.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I have stayed there many times and most of the reception staff are very welcoming. Great views from the windows and there's a supermarket just a five minute walk away.

Some of the reception staff could be friendlier; however, most of them are great. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee in the morning.

The is located in the heart of the city. It’s close to public transport connections, bars, restaurants, tourist attractions. The staff is always hospitable and polite.

Is’s a bit outdated. There is only one socket in the room, which is not close to the bed. We found the hotel rate had been increased by 20% in comparison to our stay in 2024.

The hotel is located at the down-town of Pleven. It’s a great value for money. The parking outside is not a big one, but it’s a plus as long as it is available. The staff is polite and responsive against the guests’ request.

We were given a room on the 11th floor, which had nothing to do with the one shown in the picture of the booking.

The hotel is in the very center of the city. The view is very nice from the last floors. The room was good enough for the price. The breakfast was decent.

The double bed is narrow, maybe 140cm or less. The bathroom does not have shower cabin, so you shower on the floor, spilling water all over the place.

Lack of parking space for hotel guests. I had to pay. The other is, we have a fully electric car, luckily we came with the other - the two parking spots for recharge we occupied with non electric cars. ….please be sustainable once you have build the possibility to be.

Quite interesting place - renovated hotel from the communist era. Rooms are on the small side but clean and have everything you need. Breakfast was quite good. Staff was helpful. Ask for a room on a higher floor - the view of the city and surroundings is very nice. Good value for the money and perfect for a night or two - for visiting the city.

having read some reviews of the hotel in advance I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. excellent location in the centre, modernised room was clean spacious and comfortable. the cavernous “socialist style” dining room was fine for breakfast which was pretty good and continually replenished. would I stay here again ? …. yes

The hotel is suited at the centre of the city; they upgraded us to a small apartment instead of double room. The furniture is old but still cosy. They allow us a late check out as our meeting was in the afternoon. It was clean and quiet. Really good value for money.

The elevators are really small - not more than 2 people could use them. When we arrive, the receptionist told me I could leave the car until 12:00 at the other day on the parking in front of the hotel and then I should pay; at the other day, the other receptionist told me they have a parking place behind the hotel where I could leave the car for the whole day. The breakfast was just a package with a piece of Bulgarian banitsa, ayran, an apple and croissant. No coffee or tea included. They said it's always like that in weekdays.
