Very pleasant room, well-appointed, recently redecorated, comfortably furnished. Nice bedding and bathroom. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The building is very close to the A4 motorway yet sufficiently shielded by other buildings that it would have been quiet but for building works on a kindergarten across the street. The location is 6-7 minutes' walking distance to the metro station Charenton-Écoles on line M8, along a (mostly) pedestrianised street lined with cafés and shops. There are many more cafés and restaurants in the area, and a market is held beside the metro station twice a week. The big Bois de Vincennes (wooded parkland) is close by, and ideal for walking, cycling, jogging. Central Paris is easily accessible via M8 and various other lines it connects with, as are the main railway stations.

No complaints.

Spacious modern room fully equipped, comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty and acceptable, in a decent level.

Finally the location was proved far from city centre, which was daily exhausting. Also we did not notice that the accommodation does not offer standard cleaning of the room, you need to pay extra for that. But for those reasons there is a lower price in the room compared to others.

Good place to stay in Paris, especially according to price rate and room sizes) it's affordable by price and quiet easy to reach city center by metro line 8, which is just 10 minutes walking from hotel. The room sizes are also quite big compared to other Paris accommodations, but a little bit dark. Newly renovated hotel, but the corridors already are needed to be refurbished again.

Kitchen hasn't enough basic stuff, it could disappointed a little bit, but it's quite various by each room. The hotel guys from reception are very different - some of them are quite attentive and polite, some of them are quite rude and could has strange behavior, while the guest faced a problem in room such as broken lock in bathroom. At first he could laugh directly in front of you, in some time later he could be angry and even aggressive - its not pleasant and polite at all. He fixed up the lock meanwhile, but impression of situation isn't good. My colleagues didn't like the breakfast, so we didn't come there.

The studio was very clean and the location was excellent. Plenty of stores nearby and close to the metro station with small distance to Paris centre. I would definitely recommend.

Our only issue was the WiFi. I had to keep registering, every 15min approximately, to the network to be able to use so there was no constant Internet supply and it was a bit tiring to use.

Room was well set out and had all the basics that you need. Double glazing helped keep out noise from busy highway very close. Very friendly staff especially when we arrived a lot later than expected.

Aircon seemed a little ineffective. A lot of noise from the highway if you opened the windows. As it is out of Paris main area, a map to closest Metros might help. Staff did not seem to know. Also a quick check that each room had all the equipment would help. Mine didn't have any forks and my friends didn't have any teaspoons.

Very good value for money, easy to reach by public transport and the road to the next metro station goes through a nice neighbourhood. Room was clean and had basic appliances for the kitchen. Our windows were looking to a very noise road, but the noise-isolation is excellent - two separate lawyers of double-glazed windows makes the room perfectly quiet.

Nothing important - a few annoying things. We asked for room service (we had one cleaning included during the week we stayed) and nothing happened for 2 days, when we reminded again, then it was done immediately. The breakfast was good, with many things to choose from, except vegetables, we don't know why.

We were very happy with our stay at the Appart/Hotel. We had the comfort of 2 double bed, bedrooms and a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room, if needed. We had a separate Toilet to the Bathroom and a separate hallway with storage shelves and coat storage. The kitchen was fully equipped, although for our 4 day stay we only used it 2 evenings for meals. The TV worked and we had wonderful views over the river from our 6th floor. We had opted for Breakfast in the hotel and it suited our needs as we were sightseeing every day and didn't want to miss the early starts. The staff were helpful at all stages of our visit, from the night porter to the daytime staff (all had excellent English). The local area had a Supermarket. a Bakery, a Tabac/Bar, Post Office and a Pizza Hut. Over the Bridge (less than 10 minute walk) there is a Metro to the City on Line 8 - (A 35 minute trip into Place de la Concorde). There was also a Church and plenty of places to eat out near the Metro.

We found the rooms a little hot at night and couldn't leave the windows open due to the motorway traffic noise by the river.

Room was plenty spacious, considering how well connection via bus and metro 10 mins away to Paris Central it was well valued, room was perfectly clean, all facilities working, grocery shop and pharmacy next door. Cleaning was extra but if you are not a dirty person it's easy to live for a week without needing cleaning. Paid for the late check out because we loved it so much!

Bed sheets changing costs extra, which is fair enough, but it meant I could not change my sheets for a week which was slightly annoying. Not a big deal.

The hotel is situated in a calm residential area, with a supermarket close by and the metro station just a short distance away. There’s also a bus, only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, that takes you directly to the city center. The room was clean and quiet, making for a pleasant stay.

The hotel lacked basic amenities, such as a corkscrew, which was disappointing. As a hotel, it’s reasonable to expect them to have something as simple as that, especially when we realized we’d forgotten ours and couldn't even find one at the local supermarket. The supermarket staff suggested asking the hotel, but they didn’t have one either. It's a small yet essential item that should be available at any hotel.

We were happy with the room which resembled the photographs. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen area is small with little working space, but fine for providing oneself with the basics. The area felt safe (there is a local supermarket and takeaways). It's pretty convenient for getting into the centre of Paris e.g. a 30-minute bus ride to Gare de Lyon. We thought it very good value accommodation.

Whilst we were there, the automatic entry doors on one side of the building were not closing properly. There didn't seem to be much concern about dealing with this and the fire alarm went off (at 10pm). We understand that this was because someone tried to force the doors. Maybe this was a complete one-off but we were concerned about a lack of information surrounding the fire alarm and whether it was safe to re-enter the building.
