I really liked staying there. The place was cozy and neat, the staff was helpful. It's good that they provide fans rather than air conditioning during the hot times, I like them more. The area is nice and it's really close to the metro station.

It's a bit challenging to get your luggage upstairs without an elevator, but I guess it's quite common issue in Paris, anyway someone can help you if they're around. Also the rooms are quite tight, but another common issue in Paris. I'd anyway recommend staying in this hotel :) Liked it.

Very nice cozy rooms not very big but perfect for a couple, very nice and helpful staff, room cleaning every day of our stay, very close to the metro station and safe area which is very important when coming to Paris trust me. Thinking about coming back in the near future.

There was nothing unpleaseant maybe the staircase was a little old and made noises but it shouldn’t be a problem honestly for anybody.

- value for money - close to metro station/ bus station - bed was very very comfortable - water pressure in shower is strong - room and toilet is clean

- room could be bigger - did have rattling noises from toilet and you can hear noises from other guest passing through the corridor. However this did not disturb our sleep at all, we had a good comfortable night

It was suprisingly quiet, even though it is on a busy street. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage for the whole day as we were leaving in the evening. It was very clean. Each day the room was cleaned and towels changed.

It is a bit far from the centre, but the metro is 2 min walk. There is no lift and the stairs are quite steep.

To be honest, the hotel is very clean and exceeded my expectations. They changed the linen and the towels everyday, they also clean the whole room on a daily basis. The location of the hotel is very quiet you feel you are isolated and no body else around. All what you need for a quiet and charm stay is available in this hotel. The location of the hotel close to the tram, bus stop, and many other restaurants and supermarket makes it much more comfortable. It is only 2 minutes walking from the tram station which makes you stay there very easy to move to any other place in Paris. The staff (all of them) are superior and gorgeous, you feel they are their just to please you and to help as much as they can. Whenever you go day and night to the reception, somebody is their and waiting for you to answer, help, and assist. I remember the owner of the hotel himself met me once and he was asking about anything they can do just to make my stay their comfort.

There is nothing I did not like in this hotel. The only concern you may feel at the first moment is the missing of the elevator. But you do not have to worry about this because the staff are ready to help in anything you need to carry to the room or from the room to the reception floor.

Great location, near supermarket, restaurants and the metro station is 2’ walk. Clean rooms, clean bathroom, warm & quiet place, comfortable bed, nice staff.

Small room, it did not have a closet for our clothes, even though it was shown on their site. After complaining to the staff, this option on the website was removed. We stayed 8 nights having our clothes inside our luggage. No elevator available.

The hotel is very charming, apparently also being renovated. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the windows did keep the sounds of traffic away. Every staff member came across as very friendly. The property is well connected with Paris by public transport, but there are also shops, restaurants and a bakery in a close vicinity. All in all, great value for money.

I mailed ahead just to be sure, but they really have 0/24 reception (Oct 2021) I was met with a warm smile at 2AM they gave me my key, advised about breakfast and I was off to my room. The bed was extra comfortable, the WiFi was ultra fast. Towels and shower gel is provided. The room was spotless, and the bed linen was freshly pressed, fragrant. There was a mini fridge in my room.

Sure the walls are thin and the room is quite small, but it was all clean and that’s what matters at the end of the day. There is no elevator, but is that really a necessity?

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and cozy, and it's a walking distance from the metro station. There's also a supermarket just across the street. The room has a smart TV, a water kettle and a clean private bathroom.

We were 2 friends travelling together, so we pretty much liked everything. But there two points to share: - There is an amazing set of stairs that leads to the rooms, but it will be challenging if you have little kids or a baby stroller or if you have accessibility needs. So, the hotel is perfect for couples and friends. - The mattress is clean and new but wasn't so comfy.

Newly renovated rooms are clean, comfortable and great value for the location. Staff is friendly. After trying quite a few places, this is my favorite hotel in the area. If you don't like the stairs, ask for first floor room. I stayed on 4th floor with view on back courtyard. Was very quiet.
