The location was fabulous. The rooms are small but modernized and comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and the shower hot with good water pressure. It was also nice to have the elevator. It was a little confusing to get to the lodging once in the building but the directions provided were good.

The beds were pretty firm with only one firm pillow. The towels were large but thin as I’ve come to expect in Italy. Also the WiFi was a little slow.

Beautiful & clean hotel room. Friendly & helpful staff (Ms. Frederica was most courteous & attentive!). Wonderful location, which was central to restaurants, bakeries, various shops, historical sites, etc.

The only drawback / dissatisfaction was the lack of hotel entrance lobby from street level. if it weren't for photos of the exterior building, it would've taken even longer to locate. Aside from that, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at Toledostop Guest House & its ideal central location. Thank you so much!

Spacious, clean, good location. Our room even had a small balcony. There was a closet, a fridge, AC, a hairdryer, small shampoo bottles, two complementary water bottles - everything you need. There is an elevator in the building, so it’s easy access for the suitcases. You can also leave your luggage at the reception if you have a late flight.

If you leave the AC on when you go out, they will turn it off..

Hotel located in the heart of Naples. There is a metro station nearby. All attractions are very close. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the B building. Very professional service. Very clean and pleasant. Iron, cosmetics and tea available. Very well-functioning air conditioning.

The apartment is located right in the center of Napoli. Close to the Spanish quarter and right on the Main Street for shopping and great restaurants.

The elevator had issues and we had to walk 3 floors with our suitcases.

It's not a fancy hotel but it's clean and extremely central. The staff member at the desk was really helpful explaining everything to us. The lift worked which was great. Being right by the Metro was incredibly handy.

Via Toledo is really busy, we liked it but just be aware that it's a hectic shopping street!!

Such a wonderful property, decorated so lovely. The host Fabrizio and the staff in the accommodation were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for the end of our trip where we wanted to be amongst everything. Great value for money, clean and accommodating. we shall definitely be back. Thank you so much

Rooms, common areas very clean. The lady at the reception was really nice and welcoming. Good position, easy access to everything, ideal for short stays.

Didn't appreciate the quite early check-out (10am), considering that we were on vacation. I would advise to reconsider this. Otherwise no negatives, maybe just some suggestions, such as a small table in the rooms with balcony. Maybe also an additional shelf in the bathroom to be able to put necessary hygiene items.

The property is on the 3rd floor and is right in middle of the best location of naples. Everything is at walkable distance and the room is well maintained with the huge window looking down to the hustle bustle of the town which gives you proper napoli feels.

The shower area is very tight and its become troublesome to shower.

The location, and the girl in the reception. She was so nice and help us a lot with the plannificatiom of the holidays. She told us things to do, and good restaurants. So nice.
