This is a well equipped accomodation - for us it was between a hotel and a hostel: well equipped room, daily cleaning, but with a nice personal 'touch'. Anastasia and Nadja and their colleagues are very kind. There is a nice inner courtyard! Metro station is close by. Location is just beside the city centre (historical centre).

For us the bed was rather too soft, but it is not a problem in general, only because of our taste. The neighbourhood may seem a bit dangeorous for the first time, but it is a nice location with great restaurants and pasticceria around.

The gardens are very lovely and peaceful. Feels like an upscale hostel - very welcoming and relaxed. The staff were great, very informative, helpful and kind when our flight was delayed by 4hours. Breakfast was nice. The location is great, not too far from the airport, close to the metro and very walkable into the centre. Good restaurants nearby.

Room was a little tired and smelt a little of smoke on arrival. Few issues with the bathroom which i fed back and all fixable - nothing major. Napoli is a busy and noisy city and it was noisy in the room. They offer earplugs which is great and i get the impression most places are noisy. part of being on a busy vibrant city.

This property is phenomenal. The staff is amazing! Anastasia and Annalisa were so warm, helpful and friendly. Even when we had an issue with the hot water, they were attentive and made sure the issue was resolved quickly. The breakfast selection was great and had lots of variety. The staff greeted us in the morning and made our coffee for us. When I accidently broke a wine glass and offered to pay for it, Anastasia said they don't charge for accidents. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Naples. They are the best!

The WIFI was very weak and didn't work in all bedrooms.

We loved the courtyard garden - so beautiful & tranquil. We also really appreciated the hospitality of being able to help ourselves to tea, coffee, and snacks at any time. Buffet style breakfast was good - great cake. Our room was comfortable, excellent bed. Staff were exceptional - so friendly and welcoming and their suggestions of what to do were brilliant. Thank you Anastasia, Nadia, & Lisa.

The street isn’t pretty but it was okay and we felt safe enough. The location was convenient being 5 minutes gentle walk to the Metro (which is clean and great for getting around).

As a family with small children, we really appreciated the fact that we could use the kitchen and the garden area in the evenings to eat there. We also were very happy with the location, the neighborhood is vibrant and there are plenty of nice restaurants, including with gluten-free options, within a walking distance. And, finally, we found the staff very nice. Lisa, Nadia and Anastasia were always happy to answer our questions and were very helpful!

The only thing missing was something to hang our towels, but otherwise we were absolutely satisfied with our stay!

Naples is a crazy city. It's hectic and chaotic. Borgi Vergini is a hidden oasis that provides excellent relaxation from the busy city. The staff is very helpful. They gave us great advice on places to visit and things to do. Room was nice. In the common area fresh water is always available free. Breakfast is excellent. I really recommend this place. Opposite of the B&B there's a restaurant that makes great pizza. We picked them up and had dinner on the terrace of the B&B. If you come by car, please know that traffic and parking is very challenging.

Really lovely staff, very quiet, comfortable, spacious room with little balcony. The food and communal kitchen and free tea and coffee and cake, also a very reasonable honesty bar. Stylish modern interior in older building. Good pizzeria across the road, easy walking distance of most places and very close to Archaeology museum .. Bit tricky to find but right opposite VERGINI Pizzeria big black and glass metal doors, steepish steps up to beautiful garden and welcoming staff. We wish we had stayed longer, we adored slightly mad and beautiful Naples . Don’t hesitate to book here.

Nadia and the other staff we met were excellent. They made us coffee everyday, gave us tips for day trips and better restaurants in the area. We had a small problem with the A/C, but it was fixed immediately. The honesty system for extra drinks worked nicely. The courtyard is lovely and welcome little daily oasis from the bustle of Napoli.

The beds were a little hard and some of the joinery was a little loose.

Apartments worth recommending with very nice and helpful staff. Anastazja (many thanks) was very helpful in planning and recommending places to visit on each day of our stay. She ordered a taxi to the airport for 4:30, during early departure we always had boxes ready, and on the last day prosecco was waiting for us - a very nice surprise. The apartments themselves are located very close to the metro (3 minutes) and in a convenient place for sightseeing. Spacious rooms cleaned every day, good breakfasts, everyone will find something for themselves. Coffee, tea, water and cake were available 24 hours a day. I recommend these apartments!

Staff were so helpful and welcoming and accommodating. Breakfasts were fresh and cheerfully served. The location is a big plus as the accommodation is so close to the metro. There is a terrific pizzeria across from the site, so getting a hot meal was really easy.

Directions from the metro were not clear enough. We went the wrong direction for about 10 minutes. We found out that guests should come out of the left side of the metro exit and then go left. They should not go behind the station but continue straight on the pavement to Mario Pagano street. We did not like that the streets are rather trashy, there is lots of graffiti everywhere.
