staff is super friendly and helpful rooms were clean breakfast was good, better than we expected I would go again close to everything safe area with easy access to the freeway as well as shopping and dining we went to a local brewery and the house of blues during our stay swung by Nixon library on the way out of town excellent location for the money you can't go wrong

the soap dispenser was out of soap or not working in the shower, so we had to use the facial bar from the sink outside of that everything was good

This is a really nice place to stay if you're going to Disney. The hotel was okay, breakfast was included and it was also okay. Parking is free, which gives them 100 points. The staff was very friendly, and the girls in the kitchen were great too. The only downside was that someone near our room was fighting around 1 am, and of course, we heard everything. But I called reception, and they were there in one minute. Awesome hotel!

The staff was very friendly and professional. They upgraded me to a better room because of the length of my stay (9 days) at no extra charge. It being my first time I can neither confirm or deny if the room was better than what I booked, but it was on the top floor, had plenty of space, and was clean. I always check for bed bugs and everything was on point.

Noise comes through the doors really bad. The bottom of the door also has a big gap so the hall light come through which makes it hard to sleep unless you put a towel at the bottom. A couple of the dresser drawers were in disrepair as well but overall nothing g crazy.

Quick check in. Efficient staff. Great breakfast program.

Having to go through a Denny’s parking lot to get there. Description needs to be changed to just Orange County- drop the Anaheim. It is misleading.

The place was very clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and attentive. The bed was comfortable; room was a good size; shower had great water pressure. The complimentary breakfast had decent options and the (free) coffee machine in the lobby was nice! The parking lot was also very bright and felt very secure.

plenty of parking, looked nice, supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels. beds were decent. clean. had a mini fridge. breakfast included waffles (nut, granola, chocolate toppings), toast, muffins, bagels, biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelet (egg and cheese), sausage links and Pattie’s, breakfast potatoes, canned corned beef hash, apples and bananas, cereal, several types of milk, apple juice, orange juice, lemonade, coffee. right next to Denny’s and freeway.

no microwave in the room, but can live without.

The room was larger than others for the price and area. The cost included breakfast and parking. I didn't take advantage of the amenities, but there was a gym on site. There's literally a Denny's right in front. It was easy to entry and exit the parking lot and there was ample parking. Decent sound proofing.

The bedding needs to be updated. Our sheets were worn out and tearing. A visible stain was on the computer chair. The headboard was a bit dusty. However, had large particles of an unknown substance fly in my face when I turned on the AC unit.

Love All of the staff. Night staff and security were very friendly and welcoming. We arrive later than we wanted. They were very informative. The other staff were also very nice and the breakfast crew did an amazing job. They were on it with bringing out food and cleaning up after people. I love that their breakfast had a good amount of options. (A few different flavors of waffles, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, toast, beagles to name some. There's more, makes it easy for my son who is a picky eater). Rooms were very clean and good size. Will be back for sure. Thank you guys!

I wish bed was more comfortable. It was a little hard. Was a little hard to fall asleep. Wish the rooms had microwave too hehe. That would be nice. Lol

The place is nice. It really looks a hotel, not a motel. We got a complimentary upgrade for our room. Place is quiet. Near Disneyland only. I like their schedule for the free breakfast. It ended at 10am (not too early). We were there on a Saturday. They have a huge parking lot. Area feels safe. I love that it was a non smoking hotel. Building is only 3 floors.

There was an office chair and I think it’s dusty already. I was scratching my body all through out.
