Chase is one of our favourite places to stay in California. The apartments are big enough for a family of three or four with sofa bed in the living room. Also this is one of the few hotels with an apartment layout that offer a King Bed, adds a lot to the comfort. The kitchens are well equipped although sometimes you will find missing cutlery, utensils and crockery, which the hotel are happy to provide. The hotel also has a pool and hot bath, which are both a bit disappointing in terms of cleanliness. The free breakfast is a good addition but can be a bit mundane if you are staying for longer than 3 days as the menu keeps repeating. The staff are great, customer centric and helpful especially Giovanni and the lady during night shift.

The pool and hot bath lacked hygiene, although regularly cleaned, the inner walls were slimy throughout our 15 day stay, the laundry machines and dryers also smelled of damp. The hotel rules say that laundry is open until 10 PM but they won't allow you to access it after 9:15 so keep that in mind.

We stay in a Chase Suites before and we absolutely loved! The staff was very helpful, we were there for vacations to Disneyland and I book our room through booking and the room that I was given did not had a full kitchen, however the staff was very helpful and move us to a room with a full kitchen. The breakfast is very good and delicious. The location was absolutely great, near to bunch of stores, restaurants, and gas station. The hotel is about 17 minutes driving from Disneyland without traffic and about 30-45 minutes with traffic.

The room had a smell coming from the bathroom sewer and in the kitchen sink. The breakfast area needed 2 waffle makers.

The hotel has many positive aspects. It is very spacious, with a great structure and beautiful, new furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped, which adds a lot of convenience to the stay and a free parking. Additionally, the hotel is very well located, being approximately 20 minutes from Disney in the morning.

Despite the kitchen having utensils, some essential items are missing, such as baking sheets and sharp knives. Also, if your intention is to do tourism in Los Angeles, you might encounter some traffic, which can make the trip take a bit more than an hour.

First off, I was upgraded to a two-room suite with full kitchen. I was traveling with two adults. It was perfect that we all had our own beds. The beds were super comfortable and so were the pillows. They had a wonderful comfortable chair for the desk area. Both rooms were very roomy. The pullout bed is comfortable and a nice couch in main area to sit in. The bar chairs around the kitchen were wonderful. It was a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. It worked out very well for our needs. Each room had a tv. The pool at this property was wonderful. The setting of this hotel has lush landscaping and is easy to walk around. They have a happy hour during the week that was neat with appetizers and drinks. The buffet was excellent. Such a variety of hot and cold items. A really cool professional toaster to use. This place had healthy yogurt and fruit. They had a variety of items to put on your toast. They had complimentary water and coffee set up during the day. They had a market with drinks and snacks. A bit pricey but available by the front desk. The staff was very accommodating. We asked several questions, and they looked up directions to places for us. This is one of my favorite places close to Fullerton and Brea. Also, this hotel is within walking distance of a Whole Foods and Albertsons plus many restaurants.

Only a few problems I had happen. I could not get the dishwasher to work. The message light kept flashing on phone and never could figure out to turn it off. They had some really neat shampoo, conditioner, and body wash hanging in containers in the bathroom. You had to squeeze pretty hard to get it out. I have small hands, so it was slightly difficult. I do like hotels that use the hanging containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

I like the living room—bedroom layout of our suite. There is a door between the bedroom and the living room to allow privacy and block off noise. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, plates / bowls / cups, and silverwares. Breakfast is good. Staff is super friendly. It’s close to grocery stores and gas stations. There are quite a few eateries nearby (< 10min driving time).

I would've liked a desk in the room for me to set up my workstation, ut the “library” room is good for focused time to get work done. Another thing was that I couldn't figure out how the heater works (and too lazy to ask), but they gave me enough blankets so it wasn't an issue.

Modern apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, laundry facilities on property, swimming pool and hot tub where great and awesome breakfast (changed every day - different kinds of fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, muffins, toast and bagels, waffles, sausages and hard boiled eggs). Nice location. Lot of parking spots. The apartment and the property were well taken care of.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on because the mattress was totally used up.

Breakfast was outstanding. Variety of hot and cold foods. Made breakfast easy for the kids. You could tell the building was a little older but the room was very well kept. Everything in the room was very clean. It worked great for mom, dad and the 4 kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parking lot was a little cramped. A couple of the parking spots were useless as you couldn't get into them with other parked cars in adjacent spots. But there was just enough parking when we returned after midnight from Disneyland.

The included breakfast is great. Something new every day. The pool was nice and heated enough that it was easy to get in but cool enough to cool you off during the heat wave we had. The staff is exceptionally lovely and friendly. Always with a big smile and a friendly hello. The evening reception is a really nice touch. It's not very healthy, but it's a nice treat. For example, one night was hot dogs, one night was egg rolls, every night there are fresh veggies with ranch and chips and salsa. 2 free glasses of beer or wine, and it's a nice little night out. The rooms are comfortable and very spacious, like an apartment.

The coffee maker was old even though the room seemed newly renovated, and it made the coffee taste awful. I wish they'd upgrade to keurigs instead of these outdated little 4-cup drip coffee makers. Also, with a full kitchen that was pretty well stocked, some paper towels would be nice. We had one kitchen towel that housekeeping didn't replace when our room had a refresh. I'm not sure why the room smelled a little funky when we got there almost like someone had smoked or burned something in the kitchen.

Nice facility (Apartment Style with a Club house feature). Checking in was super quick. Receptionists are helpful. Breakfast was good especially the eggs and potatoes. We appreciated having the pool, although we did not use it except once.

It would be nice if they can pass by to replace trash bags every day (without us having to call). I understand cleaning is only on 7th day but doing a toilet refresh would be nice for a hotel service. No Gym facility onsite but they can give you a voucher for a local gym.

This is a great location for visiting friends or family in Brea, Orange or Anaheim. The breakfast buffet was good and the times worked out well. The suites are very roomy and I love the pullout couch and the mini Kitchen area. That comes in very helpful when traveling. You are very close to lots of choices for restaurants. Al so, there is a Whole Foods and a Albertsons within walking distance. The staff was very helpful. The suite buildings are surrounded by beautiful plants, trees and flowers. Also, this is a non smoking all suite hotel. I love that.

We did have a few problems with TV but the staff quickly fixed the problem. We had a light go out on our desk but the staff fixed it quickly. I did have a few problems figuring out the shower in bathroom. I did get it working. As always, traffic is always a problem in California. This hotel is on a busy street.
