The friendliness and empathy of the staff - top notch. The facilities are in a secure setting with a beautiful garden conveniently located within 5 minutes’ walking distance to a big shopping mall.

Booking.com lies that the booking on this place comes with an airport taxi service. Just a bait - it’s not true, the staff at the facility don’t even know.

I had the place up one flight of stairs. It was so clean, luxurious, well stocked fridge and snacks, nicely concealed ensuite bathroom and satellite TV with a variety of channels. I think it was a full bouquet. The aircon, bedroom slippers and heated bath rails were a really nice touch.

The stairs are not ideal when one has heavy luggage but really thats just a teeny weeny inconvenience compared to everything else.

We had made a booking at a different property for this evening but were unable to check in because the contact person was out of reach. We urgently needed to find a place to sleep for the night as we had been "dropped". We phoned 27A on Angus and they were VERY accommodating. Even though it was after 21h00 in the evening, pouring down with rain during loadshedding plus confusion regarding Booking.com prices and their on site prices, they helped us out. Will definitely recommend. Plus we were starving when we arrived and there were complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, life saver.

The shower leaked terribly through the door and half the bathroom floor was under water. This is a strictly non smoking property. It was not too busy so we smoked "skelm" on the patio...🤫

The location was easy to find from host’s directions; no delays upon check in. The upgraded room was pleasantly clean; with enough complementary drinking water bottles. They also placed rusks and muesli in the room for breakfast (with milk). Mavis was friendly and helpful as a host.

Ran out of hot water when only 1 person had showered; used kettle.

The size of the rooms. it was outstanding. The location is closed to the main shopping's and restaurants. The place was closed a condominium with security.

The garage was small for the number of cars but outside was safe to keep the cars

The owner is such a nice and caring person, I had indicated I was not in a good place. when I arrived, they had goodies for me and even gave me an additional night free of charge.

We were checked in efficiently and quickly. The room upgrade was wonderful and was a very comfortable beautifully decorated spacious room With classy finishes. There were some drinks and snacks waiting for us with coffee, tea and rusks. Lovely fresh flowers too. Huge TV screen with good selection. WiFi nice and fast too. Generator kicked in when the power went off. Quiet secure area.

The crockery, we had to ask for wine opener and iron, would be nice to have everything in the room. But everything else was great

We had a very spacious room with a spacious bathroom. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect - close enough to the airport, shopping centers, nice restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again next time in Johannesburg.
