The CUTE girl at the reception *NISA* is such a gem and so kind hearted. I had a good chitchat with the receptionist and gotten few advises about places of interest, things to see in BURSA and the best place to eat. She also offered us some fresh fruits from her purse. She definitely made my day with giving some authentic advices and helped us plan our exploration of city great. SHOUT-OUT to NISA!!! Apart from everything the hotel is perfectly located. The view from the room was great. The room was tidy, clean and comfy beds. Breakfast is somewhat same everyday but that's what mostly all hotels do. We checked-in at almost midnight, just asked with smile at the reception if we could have any discount as we arrive late. But the guy at the Midnight replied NO!!! fine..

The hotel is bit over priced. It should be less than what they are currently charging. As nothing was exceptional but everything met the expectations.

Parking is a challenge.

The hotel is in an excellent location, in the heart of Bursa. Yusuf was very helpful and always ready to provide support when needed. The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel always saved a parking spot for us right in front of the hotel. We loved it.

Breakfast preparations were not up to standards. Breakfast time was between 8 am - 10:30 am, but almost everything would be empty by 8:30am and the staff deliberately played dumb and wasted time and kept saying more is coming when nothing more would come. The only thing they kept topping up were cucumbers and cheese which were already full. This happened on all 3 days that we had breakfast, which demonstrates that the shortage of food was done deliberately by the hotel. It is completely unacceptable to have food for less than half hour in a 2.5 hour breakfast service.

I want to sort a points as much as I can about the hotel : 1- This is nice pkace to stay because it’s closer to the mall, shopping and resonant and historical places 2- The staff are the most authentically helpful and engaging. They make you feel like they want you to enjoy staying there. Very kind. The hotel is good and clean with delicious breakfast. 3- I would like to thank the kind and wonderful staff (Medina❤️, Yusuf 🌹, Abdulwahab🌹, Abdullah🌹and Ferhat🌹) for helping and answering all kind of questions in different language with smile ☺️ 4- I recommended this hotel for every one need to com to Bursa and enjoy with city and people

Location and facilities are very good. Breakfast is excellent. Friendly staff. I had a good night's sleep thanks to them. If I have the chance to come back to Bursa, I will stay here again.

As a group of travelers we have decided to rest at the property by result of friend recommendation we got. The employees are wonderful people to be mentioned, Yusuf and Abdulwahab are taking care of every minor trouble you face during your stay. Abdulwahap and Yusuf, young gentlemans are also very helpful lads when it comes to problem solving. Additionally, Medina is okay staff member.

Renovated room, good wi-fi, central location, nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast (not amazing, but not bad). Parking in front of the hotel. Free water in the room.

The building is being renovated, parts of it are still old, but it's not really a problem, it will be done soon. It was a bit too expensive for what it is (value for money), but from what I've seen, that's everywhere in Bursa now, so I don't think it's the hotel problem.

Every things was good and recaption Abdulwahab was very kind and helpful, it's 5 min walking to Kent mall and metro also so many different shops near it.

The breakfast was simple and same everyday.

the room was in a good spot close to everything. The lady at the reception polite and willing to help.

Unfortunately it smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room had free parking on the platform while there was none and I paid in private parking.

Good value/money ratio. Clean rooms and facilities. Walking distance to bazars and old city. Good breakfast. Professional staff, especially Mrs. Medina who helped us with all our questions and requests. We also got free parking in front of the hotel.

Some rooms are too small for 2 double beds. Sound insulation could be improved.
