Incredible breakfast, very clean rooms and facilities, kind hosts, super fast internet, gorgeous and well maintained property very close to the airport.

We were offered an upgrade on booking.com for the same price and it said a suite/family room. We were not given the room as pictured and were told we couldn't have that room for just 2 people. I understand and it ended up being fine, we were just looking forward to having 2 adjoining rooms for better rest since my husband snores. Maybe remove this as being an option for guests of 5 or fewer, as it was a bit disappointing.

We travel during low season, so not many people at the hotel. Room very comfortable and clean. We even feel super hot because of central heating. We quite enjoy breakfast even there are no guests, but we still have a lot of food options. If you have a bit more time, great option you can enjoy warm swimming pool and sauna. Great location, we mostly use taxi. Very close to airport, not too far from railway station. 24 hours desk as a great option (we arrive at 3am).

Hotel's "Booking.com" page didn’t say about "Tourist tax" so be aware pay extra 3 USD per person, per night. But the hotel will remind you through app or email about that, so don’t worry, you will have enough time to make a decision.

The hotel is divided into two different building, both well-kept and clean. Outside, an outdoor swimming pool is available to guest from 10am to 10pm, and we were pleased to notice that the water was sanitized, something that we didn't experience in other properties during our trip to Uzbekistan. We didn't tried the indoor swimming pool since the weather was really hot, though it seemed cleaned and nicely lit at night. Our room was excellent, with a large window and three comfortable single beds. The bathroom featured a large bathtub and THE BIDET, which as Italians we were really pleased to used. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Service was nice, with our luggages being carried for us both when we first got at the property and when we left our room. The receptionist even got us a cheap taxi to the airport.

The only thing that bothered us was the location, which wasn't really central and was also pretty far from a metro stop. The closest one was 30-minutes walk away. When you scarcely know a city or a place is always hard to realize whether a hotel's location is convenient or not. Also, breakfast is served in a sort of basement which could benefit from more natural light and a couple of more tables. One morning the buffet got really packed with guests and there weren't enough seats for everybody. Luckily we were there pretty early, but some people had to wait to sit down and enjoy their breakfast.

The staff is very friendly , the manager speaks english , great range of breakfast with tons of sweets . temperature controlled pool in extreme winter it has well maintained sauna , Turkish bath , and two noce pool with glass wals . comfy rooms and bathroom . room service was on time and efficient . location has walking distance amazing fine restaurant with amazing grill meals , soup , salad , fizzy dribks for 4 with a bill under 60 USD

only if their airport pick up rode was bit bigger as with two adults and kids and 4 bags we drove back with bags on our lap it was a small car , wish i had ordered yandex

The location is great: close to wonderful restaurants, for example Bek and Sim Sim, as well as Apex pizza if you prefer something casual, also two shops open till midnight selling soft drinks and chips, several bus stops near (The public transportation in Tashkent is very reliable and comfortable). The place is sparkling clean. The staff is always around ready to help you, very polite and quiet. There are two swimming pools indoors and outdoors, and my sons went there first thing after breakfast. They not only feyltch you taxi, but recommend best places to visit sightseeing and also to buy gifts from. Comfortable lounge area around both of the pools. There was always something new to try each morning at breakfasts - a great variety of local fresh produce, treats, and pastry. The serving is top-notch. I tried khalva there and then bought it from Local Bazaar for gifts. The place is so quiet you almost forget you are not in the Palace but in the city. It is 20 min drive to the airport, which is great, no worries to get in time. I especially want to mention Kahramon the driver - he helped to drive my mom to greet us at airport and then to wave us goodbye and then he drove my mom home and helped to carry her stuff up to the doorstep. He knows the best route, very polite and professional. I also want to thank MuhammadAziz- always ready to help, always with a smile. I will recommend this place to all my friends, colleagues and relatives.

My son is an avid gym goer, and he did several workouts at the hotel gym. He said it could be better. I think if the demand for the gym will be more (my son was the only person around there for 30 day's stay), the management will upgrade the facility.

I made a request for breakfast to be opened for suhoor because I was fasting. first day breakfast was available at suhoor and then they stopped. also I was charged for breakfast first day but then I had to show the staff that the room I booked included free breakfast so they gave me a refund for my breakfast purchase.

Comfortable room and bed. Well kept hotel only a ten minute taxi from Tashkent South Station and a fifteen minute taxi from the airport. Breakfast had a fair variety of choice. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, offering advice and directions.

The pool doesn’t open until 10:00, which was a shame as my girlfriend wanted a quick swim before breakfast. Didn’t detract from all the positives, though.

The hotel was super great: clean, new facilities and very cozy. Personnel is great, professionals, provided excellent services, sociable, very helpful and the friendliest. Very delicious breakfast consisting of various types of cheese, meat, pastries, fruits, several types of coffee, tea and juice. The location of the hotel is great. We used not only taxis but also buses. The busstop is next to the hotel. Front Desk managers are very helpful, friendly, always ready to answer the tourists questions, give advise regarding amusement parks and attractions in the city and the places where to eat the best plov in Tashkent. We are very thankful to all personnel of Shaxjahon Hotel. Thank you very much for making are stay and rest excellent. I advise this hotel to all tourists who would like to enjoy their stay in Tashkent. Next time we also stay in this hotel, inshallah

I liked everything

Everything was perfect the staff was the best they were so helpful thank u so much ( omar, Mohammed aziz and ahmed) and all the other kind staff we really enjoyed our 5 days. The breakfast delicious and diverse the swimming pool was warmed up for the kids everything was available the sauna and the hamam were nice experience.

This hotel may not be fancy, but there's nothing to complain about. It had everything we needed and even surprised us with a pool, although we didn't get to use it. We could check out the rooms before choosing the one we liked, which was a nice touch. It's conveniently located near the airport and has a supermarket right next to it. The staff, despite their limited English and not always smiling, were incredibly attentive and helpful. They assisted us in various ways, and if we ever returned to Tashkent, we would definitely book this place again.

Communication with the staff was challenging due to their limited English proficiency, although they were incredibly helpful. The breakfast spread offered various options; however, it was disappointing that most choices included dairy and beef. As we could not consume beef, we ended up with a limited selection of bread, honey, beans, and vegetables. On a positive note, the coffee provided was enjoyable.
