The hotel is convenient, with plenty of parking space. The bed was comfortable, and the room was big with a great view over the Jerusalem mountains. The staff was very nice and professional. There are many facilities, and the hotel is affordable

The hotel would benefit from renovation as its age is starting to show. I was particularly surprised by the absence of an iron in the room. When directed to the ironing room, I found the iron to be broken and of very low quality. The hotel that provides a single ironing room for all guests must ensure that the iron is functional, clean, and high-quality. Additionally, the hotel has only one vending machine for water bottles. Unfortunately, it was out of order during our stay, leaving us unable to purchase water overnight.

Very nice welcome at the reception by Ruty who also informed us and took care of free entry at museums etc…Also by the manager David who even gave us his number in case we need anything and water and baklava in our room at our arrival. Very big swimming pools (outside and indoor) and a lot of space around. Very nice breakfast.

The smell of the bed linen. It was exchanged when I asked for. Please do something to avoid the loud smashing of the doors.

the breakfast is not the standard you expect from Ramada....sad the windows are very old and not noise cancelling

Very close to friend I came to visit. And, not too far from my family, also. Easy travel by light rail to town center from hotel (2 stops by light rail).

No complimentary coffee and tea in room - I had to go downstairs to the dining room or lobby restaurant for my caffeine drinks.

The hotel was overcrowded. It took 40 min of standing in line to get to reception and get our rooms. Dining was overcrowded, and noise, food was plenty and good, but the overall experience was not pleasant. Using the elevator was a slow wait as to many people were trying to use them simultaneously.

The hotel has a lovely vibe . Like I'm somewhere important. The amenities are all there and the staff is eager to help In any way.it really was a an amazing stay

The breakfast could see more color and a more vibrant menu - the food was bland and simple But the in house restaurant has amazing food So it goes to ask why is the restaurant chef better than the hotel's?

Everyone was very nice. Nice atmosphere Good parking good service nice breakfast.good minyan. When we arrived they took cases from the car and took it up to the room we're waiting very patiently. Definitely recommended.

I would definitely ask to put a PayPal outside the room asking that housekeeping should not come knock on the door early morning because housekeeping came to knock on the door at 7.45 AM no idea why and at 10.00 AM to make sure that we are getting ready. But every1 with a smile.

While the hotel is not new, it is elegant, spacious, and well-managed. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel boasts good facilities such as an indoor and outdoor pool in addition to its dry and wet sauna, and a bar in its main lobby. Staff throughout the hotel and facilities are very helpful. The breakfast has a nice array of food. We arrived very late at night and were greeted with coffee and cake.

The sauna area could be more well-kept.

Breakfast was nice, i liked the salads and hummis. The pasta and potato were nice to, the staff did well to cater for the larger groups.

What would improve the dining service is having s trained barista for making coffees to order. Also a chemist shop in the lobby would make it easier for guests who are unwell and need extra medicines that they had forgotten to bring from home.

Great stuff, clean and quiet, beautiful view and great location, breakfast is fresh and delicious full of nutrients and verity to satisfy all kinds of guests. Shabbat stay was wonderful as well!

The parking lot (P6) was hard and a bit far with a little baby.
