We stayed for one night whilst travelling to UK. The accommodation is very close to Dunkirk ferry port. Staff were friendly. The room was basic, but had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. There is a kettle in the room for making hot drinks, with a selection of teas and coffees available. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar that's reasonably priced. We didn't have breakfast, but when we left the hotel, the dining area was ready to serve breakfast and it looked like there is a good selection of food available. The hotel was a good choice for us.

Easy to find and a few minutes drive to Dunkirk ferry port. Town a short walk away and a supermarket directly opposite with a petrol station. Friendly welcome and room was comfortable and warm after a cold day. Tea and coffee facilities in room along with TV and telephone. Good mobile signal and free Wi-Fi. Restaurant and bar were good food was excellent with a good choice and reasonable price. My stay was prior to an early ferry next morning and perfect for my needs. Good shower and bathroom, good sized room on second floor. Windows were dormer type but enough light and good view of dock area. Free parking too!

Room was a bit basic but adequate for a short stay.

The gentleman working the front desk is excellent!!! He was so accommodating including gathering a breakfast for us when we arrived after it ended (our fault, thought is ended later). Also love the music they play in the lounge and restaurant. We sat for hours enjoying it.

The room temp. It was way goo warm and the airco didn’t help. We didn’t want to leave the outside door open as we were on the ground level.

The room was aa expected and perfect for our needs.

We chose to eat in the restaurant that night as we were shattered. The meal wasn't great. I thought I was getting a piece of meat but I had something on my plate that was reconstructed to look like ribs I think! It was like something you wouldn't pick up from farmfoods or heron foods! They also ran out of creme caramel and the menu was extremely limited. Wouldn't stop me staying there again but I'd definitely recommend eating out!

On being asked, the friendly receptionist easily changed our room to one with a walk in shower - excellent! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we thought that the breakfast was superb. Wifi was easy to access.

On arrival we found that we had been put in a room with a bath, which my wife could not access. The room was changed without fuss, but the new room had stains on the carpet. Also, the only way to let air into the room was to open the outside door, which we did not do for security reasons.

Convenient place to stay overnight straight off the ferry at the start of our cycle holiday from Dunkirk to Holland. In green surroundings, supermarket nearby, friendly flexible receptionist. Interestingly, the bikes are kept inside the room. Loon-plage is a nice quiet village for a wander in the evening.

Not very good sound proofing, so we could hear other guests close by. Some guests were quite noisy late at night and early in the morning, but not for long.

We booked a family room to have a bit more space with the dogs and the room was huge, and the large bed very comfortable. We use this hotel before taking the ferry to UK and for this it is very convenient. The restaurant across the road is good value for money.

Having a small fridge in the room would help.

Breakfast offered a good choice of continental fair, fresh croissants and breads, bean to cup coffee machine, orange and fruit juices. Bedroom is well appointed, good shower and bathroom. Large carpark, we were travelling in a Luton van and there was lots of room to park.

Excellent value for money and basically next to the Ferry to Dover. We had a very large room in the second floor at the very end of the corridor. It was really quite (except a remote humming from the street). Parking space in front of the door.

Rooms deserve a modernisation. However, taking the price for one night very much o.k. for me.

Really good location for ferry terminal making the early morning check in easy. We were able to get an evening meal which was good , if a little bit standard hotel fayre. Staff were excellent, managed my poor French and spoke good english! No hesitation in staying again.

Parts were a little worn and an update would help.
