Our week vacation was light and stress free all because of Mr. Abbas (housekeeping manager) and Mr. Osama( general manager). They were very helpful and made our stay comfortable. They always made sure we had everything we needed and that we are having a good time. I would highly recommend braira resort to my colleagues.

The women in the reception were not welcoming.

The location was absolutely wonderful, and the facility itself was lovely. I truly appreciated the staff—they were incredibly welcoming and their attitudes were so positive. It really made a difference in my experience, as they were attentive and responsive to everything I needed.

There are a few minor issues that could use some attention. For instance, the shower door could benefit from some adjustments to prevent water from escaping into the bathroom. Additionally, the air conditioner doesn't have heating capabilities, so it would be wonderful to have a heater available during the winter months. Thank you for considering these adjustments to improve comfort!

The receptionist was exceptionally professional throughout the check-in and check-out processes. I was impressed by the enthusiasm and efficiency of the room service staff. If you're seeking a secluded retreat for two, complete with all the amenities you need, this is the ideal location. The hotel's customer relationship management team even followed up with a call to ensure our stay was satisfactory, a thoughtful touch that sets them apart.

While the in-room dining menu was standard, the hotel's exceptional service would benefit from a more unique and memorable culinary experience. The current menu offerings are similar to those found at other hotels.

Clean and comfy bed and very accommodating staff.

Everything is excellent except last minute after the swimming with my family our key card not working and I ask to the reception to check our key card why is it not working, the thing is I was back and forth in three times, my family is waiting in the corridor and it's freezing, I believed the reception try to update the room 207 where we are check-in 107, but everything is good and we enjoy it. along the way to Riyadh I received a call from a landline the branch manager ask me how's my experience and I explain to him everything is awesome and what happen the last minute and he apologized and he said the next time we go back to Hotel he will give a discount or upgrade as a complementary.

Great staff, very welcoming and cheerful. Management upgrade us without asking from executive apartment to a villa for no extra cost. Its cosy and private and great fro families and groups of friend. Management contacted me after check out to ensure our stay was to our liking. Excellent service.

Reception. Shaikha was excellent in communication and made us really comfortable from the start. She also upgraded us even though we checked in quite early. We were provided with villa though we booked for executive suites. Housekeeping staff were very helpful. Mohammed manager of swimming pool was very good helpful and provided instructions to my kids for swimming. The staff at the boat and jet skii service were helpful too.

The restaurant would be better if they included some oriented dishes. We being indian would just not be restricted by biryani. Some more indian snacks and curries would keep us away from eating outside. Gym needs some repair in some equipments.

The room was so spacious, the bed exceptional and the decoration just charming. It has an amazing private beach and pool, everyone was kind, special thanks to Mazen for being to supporting and nice, he let me check out later than expected. I will come back for sure

The internet was not working in my room, I think it need la to be upgraded, however it worked well in other areas of the hotel. Due to Ramadan, which I enormously respect, I couldn’t use bikini on the beach, I understand but if KSA is trying to copy the neighbouring countries, it needs to adapt as well, I know it is now a transition for the country.

The staff are very helpful and kind. Nice swimming pool with activities for kids before sunset. Very good breakfast compared to other resorts. Spacious three-bedroom villas are great for families. A lot of amenities are available in the bathroom.

Needs some maintenance.
