Almost perfect location. Just in front of a Metro station and at walking distance to many of the Brussels attractions. Basic room but cleaned every day. Confy beds. Nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. Helpful staff, especially Alvaro and Sabina. Very good breakfast and very diverse for the cold dishes and sweets, smoothies, juices etc. For the hot savory part there is space for improvement.

No slippers or bathrobes, strange for a four stars hotel. More diversity is needed for hot dishes at breakfast. Scrambled eggs (other types of eggs only on demand), mushroom stew, bacon, small fried sausages and fried tomatoes. Good, but for longer stays and for the price improvement is much needed.

Spacious room, good location, variety of breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

There was a nightclub opposite our room and there was a lot of noise from there until early morning both nights.

This hotel was gorgeous and situated in the heart of De Brouckere and close to Grote market, Grand Palace (10 min walk) and the Christmas markets were just outside the hotel, along with Metro access! The rooms were serviced daily and our Junior suite was nice and roomy! The buffet breakfast was great, lots of variety to choose from and the staff were so lovely!!! Would definitely stay again. Loved the juice, water and lolly station at reception as well 😀

The bed was hard for us, however the staff were lovely and put and extra layer on our mattress to soften it up! No problems after that.

Fantastic location in the city center, right next to the metro and a short walk to the central station. Great breakfast with lots of varities to choose from. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. Helpful staff, easy check-in & out process.

The air vent in the bathroom and the refrigerator in the room together made a lot of noise, so I had to unplug the refrigerator every night but could not do anything about the vent other than keeping the bathroom door closed as it was not possible to turn it off. The shower space was also quite small even though the room was a superior double.

10 years before we visited this hotel for the 1st time and we were impressed with the breakfast and the breakfast area at the 9th floor!!!it was wonderful!!!that was the reason we booked it again. Unfortunately it's not the same any more after *the renovation* they' ve done!as now the area is smaller without view with high sofas on the windows didnt let us enjoy the view and let you a feeling that you are closed in a small room.Breakfast area is too small with poor decoration quality , too noisy as all the tourists are hurry up running to eat and leave from 7.30 a.m so we didn't relax and enjoy it.The breakfast was ....ok ,but not classy at it was before .!!!it's a same !!!

Belgians are well-known gourmets, so I looked forward to breakfast every morning because the food was more delicious and fresh than at a 5-star hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and it designed well so luxurious, minimalistic providing a high-quality rest. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was replaced with clean and well-ironed ones every day, which was very satisfying. I especially liked the touch-controlled lighting and direction-adjustable stand lamp on the desk. (I'm thinking of buying same one!) And the big stand mirror must be a signature of the hotel. It was stunning!! It rained a lot during my business trip, so I spent a lot of time at the hotel, but Nescafe capsule coffee and high-quality tea were provided, so I used them well.

Great location, very close to Grand-Place and other attractions in the city center. Facility is ok, nothing spectacular but well maintained. There was complimentary water and Nespresso coffee machine on the room. The safe box did not work, but it was fixed immediately after I called (in less than 2 min a handyman came and made it work). In generally, the level of service and hospitality was really good.

The room is quite small. Both shower and toilet have a size of a wardrobe, they are too narrow and for big people could be incredibly uncomfortable. I did not reduce score for that as the hotel is located in old historical building so I guess there was zero possibility to make it bigger. However, my greatest disappointment was the absence of bathrobe and slippers. If you call yourself a 4 start hotel, you should have that basic stuff in the room :(

We liked the comfortable rooms, the delicious buffet breakfast, the wonderful terrace, and of course the friendly service. Onofre and Claudia, in particular, went out of their way to make us feel at home and gave us lots of valuable information about the city and the culture. They're both excellent conversationalists, and they showed a genuine interest in us and in our needs. We commend them for their warmth, intelligence, professionalism, and hospitality.

One of the three rooms we had reserved weeks ahead of time had a broken air conditioner, and we had to wait until the following day to get another room.

The location was so central to metro, landmarks, shopping and dining. The breakfast at their gorgeous rooftop dining area and the selection is the best I’ve had in Europe lately in a hotel that is not five stars. The staff were great and helpful and the GM kindly greeted guests at the door and were always around even at breakfast ensuring all was well and supporting the breakfast team. Special shout out to Iona at the front desk for going above and beyond. Thank you Iona!! And to Rodger for switching my rooms. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. The housekeeping staff is lovely. And special thanks to the amazing breakfast team who are super helpful! Thank you !

The room on my first night was extra dirty and the bathroom was dark. I was so tired and I had a work call so I just took it. The next morning I realized I couldn’t even bear to shower in it so I asked to move rooms. (I bring my own Dettol wipes and I have to say, I used a lot in both rooms I was given. There was black mold in the showers. In both rooms. The last room was a bit better.) The bed was comfortable and overall the room is nice. Can just be cleaner. The rooms overall and walls and doors and handles need a good wipe down. The bathrooms need to be extra cleaned and a proper exhaust installed to avoid mold issue.

Great hotel in the center of Brussels - the location is excellent, close to the Grand Place and many places of interest. Easy to walk around and take public transport. It features a phenomenal breakfast buffet served in the nice panoramic breakfast room on the 9th floor. Very recommended!

I would have loved to have a more lovely bar area where to get a drink with colleagues while chatting about work - the hotel only features a small bar/restaurant serving small dishes in the breakfast room on the 9th floor - while the breakfast is superb in the morning, the food options at night are very limited and the entire facility closes at 10pm leaving the hotel essentially without a bar/lobby area where to chat while having a drink.
