Location was great. It is near shops, bars, museums and transport. Apartment is huge and comfy.

The air con didn't work so we were uncomfortably warm the whole time. Some of the utensils in the kitchen were not cleaned correctly. The TV service was hit and miss. Some of the fittings were loose ie; toilet flush & shower head and the elevator didn't appear to work.

Very spacious and comfortable also very warm and super central! amazing location! also the night we arrived was super late at night and we had trouble with the timer and hot water, I have emailed at 3am to report the problem at 8:30am someone was already there to fix it and they fixed it in a blink! very efficient! super happy with that!

there was nothing to clean, like a mope or some cleaning products! all we had was the dish soap and dishwasher tablets. there are two big bathrooms with shower and all facilities but only one small toilet!

Located in Buxing Street, shopping is very convenient and the hygiene is very clean. I hope to stay again next time.

There are mosquitoes. I got up in the morning and was stared at by mosquitoes for seven or eight red spots. I got up in the middle of the night to shoot mosquitoes. I hope I won't experience it again next time.

The flat is located at the city center which made it accessible to transpo, restos, cafes and groceries.

There was no light in the bathroom which was really dark when you used it. There were no hot water in the shower. The unit itself has no heater, good thing the comforter were too comfty to keep us warm for the whole night.

Nice location in the middle of the center. Big apartmant, but there is only 1 separated toilet , while 2 bathrooms one with shower, and one bathtube. We were in 5 persons. Appartment is quite clean, at 5. floor, só we had also a big terrace. In the kitchen there are some stuff to use but not enough for 5 persons. After all we were satisfied. Recommended.

The apartment was spacious and very clean, with a great location. The staff at Smartflats were very helpful and followed up very effectively on an issue that we had.

We had booked for 6 persons, but the sofa bed for 2 people was not available till the 6th day of our 2 week visit. However, smartflats confirmed that they would reimburse us for the 5 days and they efficiently provided us the sofa bed by the day/date they promised.

The property was spacious certainly our flat. loads of room to chill out after a long day. basic supplies such as pots and plates etc. The flats are lovely and central to the centre of Brussels with everything walking distance. there’s a supermarket not far and a wee juice shop underneath the flats.

Not much really the sofa/bed couch was slightly in need of some tlc and a paint job to freshen up but nothing major that affected our stay.

Great value at a central location.

Lift is not working and we were booked on the fourth floor. We had two friends who has asthma and one with back pain. It was a struggle

there was no toaster in the kitchen which would be most useful and the outside area could do with a clean and it would help if upstairs neighbours didn’t throw their cigarette ends down daily

The entire property was very spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen was really well equipped. Location is superb overlooking the Opera House and a minute’s walk to main shopping district. Highly recommend.
