Location was quiet yet close to everything in uluwatu if you have a bike ofcourse. The bed was comfortable. Balcony was nice to have every morning with the sunrise. Everything was good enough to ne honest exce0t the breakfast. There was a way to big group to serve everybody and behind all of thwt the food was not fresh and gave me some issues for the toilet.

The gym was not pripper enough and the airco eid not work well. Also there was a poopy smell in the room after 2 days and they did not solve it even I had asked twice for it.. they simply forgot. But on the other hand tjey helped me with anything i askes.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They came quickly whenever we needed something even if it was at night. The facility had a few pools and a massage shop. Free buggy service to the beach.

The room phone was faulty but they did send someone to the room to ask what we needed or we had to go down to the lobby. The water in the shower could not drain properly and it was slippery. We had to step on cold water the next morning to take a shower. Most importantly, someone could slip and fall. Coffee and tea were not replenished.

The room was super new and clean, the room service was impeccable, they decorated the room for us and it was so beautiful. The staff were the nicest and most polite people, they give you tips on where to go, they talk to you, they teach you a little about the culture if you ask. It was an excellent experience. I loved the breakfast, they have a bar near the pool too, a super cool pool table, ping pong. But the best part is the massage! I had a massage with Liva at Lavender Massage and it was the best massage I've ever had in my life!

The only thing that didn't impress me was the food options for the dinner restaurant. But even so, what I ate was delicious! Congratulations to the staff for being so friendly and also for the cleanliness of the place, always impeccable.

Loved the staff and the pool and the ambience

Daily house keeping wasn't great. Came back on the 1dt day to find my jamas on the floor and a dirty cloth in the room. 2nd day had no towels. 3rd day no tea or coffee or sugar or water. 4th day bathroom mirror not cleaned and no water. The balcony do not have table and chairs and we were only told on check out you have to request them. Bar shuts at 10 30pm which is too early. Bit far away from resteraunts, bars and shops. I had a dress I needed steaming or laundering or ironing for a wedding and housekeeping said they couldn't do it.

I stayed five nights in this hotel. Structure equipped with all comforts. Reception open 24 hours a day always available for any request. Spacious and clean rooms, with a balcony overlooking the golf courses. The staff is exceptional. In this regard, a note of merit is reserved for Andre, the duty manager. Super friendly, professional and helpful person. He helped me to buy tickets for the Gili Islands and, in the following days, he personally brought to Ubud, an envelope containing personal effects that my friend had forgotten at check out, a few days before. A great experience, I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the southern area of ​​the island and, why not, also as a base for visiting the northern area.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bel Resort in Pecatu, Bali, and it truly exceeded my expectations. While the exterior might not seem impressive at first glance, the inside is a pleasant surprise. The rooms, lobby, and common areas are beautifully designed, offering a lot more than what you'd expect for the price. The amenities are plentiful, making it a great value stay. As a solo traveler, I had an exceptional experience with the staff, who were incredibly helpful and attentive. I want to share a special mention for Yoga, who was on his night duty. I discovered at 3 AM that my Klook tour for the next day had been canceled, leaving me in a panic as I thought I would waste a day in Bali with no alternatives. While taking a smoke break at 3:30 AM, I met Yoga and shared my situation. Without hesitation, he suggested that I visit those locations on my own without a guide. Amazingly, by 3:45 AM, he had already called a driver and booked a tour for me starting at 10 AM, saving my day. His proactive approach and willingness to help were truly commendable. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with good amenities, though my view wasn't the best. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would rate it a 5 out of 5. Great value, great service, and an excellent choice for solo travelers!

Clean and comfortable room, comfy bed. Friendly and very respectful staff. Parking available, nice quiet location.

The view from the balcony is amazing, and it would be nice to have a couple of chairs there to enjoy. Also, it would be great to have a chair in the room as there is only a low sitter pouf and a big armchair available. It's a bit annoying that toilet and closet have a shared door. When you close the toilet, the light turns on. However, these are rather "nice to have things" which didn't affect our experience much. Also, our check-in process got delayed as the room was not ready by the check-in time (2pm) which was quite frustrating.

The hotel and grounds are well designed and maintained and are quite impressive. The lobby is beautiful and open with a gentle breeze and a stunning view. The rooms are good, not amazing but the hotel has a really nice vibe and the restaurant and buffet breakfast is first class. Staff are lovely. Really enjoyed our stay. Be aware it is out of the hustle and bustle and the best and funnest way to get around is to hire a scooter and trek the back road to the hotel, about 7 mins and very scenic.

I liked everything about this hotel. Location is very good and close by all Good day clubs and beaches.. Savay club entry was free for Swiss Belresort Pecatu residents..that was 300 Rp for each person We hired a car for 6 days so it was very convenient

I am a pure vegetarian.. There was no eggless breads and bakery in breakfast.. I asked for iced latte and they charged for it..my breakfast was included in the room tariff I recommend to the management to look into this

The rooms were clean, the bed was huge, there was plenty of sun beds and pools to choose from, the breakfast was really good (and the food in general was nice) and the staff were super friendly. It also looks just like the photos which is good!

It was expensive to get food/ drinks whilst there. For example a Coca Cola / sprite was more expensive they going to a beach club, and beers were more expensive than a posh restaurant we went to! For that reason we never bought anything
