It was a nice get away friendly staff very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfy . I didn't stay in the room that much mostly to sleep busy fishing and sight seeing. I can't wait to plan for next year's trip. I'm definitely going to be going back and staying here

The only thing I didn't like is the hot water heater didn't fill up the garden tub in the master bathroom. When I filled up the bath tub. That was the only thing I think they could improve. They didn't have a shower head wound. For the most part it was awesome good price and very friendly staff answered all my questions about the area.

I personally loved the more distant location from the main city, it was super quiet and was so beautiful especially when it was raining!

The only thing I had a problem with was finding the lobby to check in. It took about an hour of driving around the parking lot, and calling the numbers shown on google and Apple Maps, which to no one answered. The sign for the lobby needs to be lit up as it was almost pitch black when driving past it. Make sure you use Google maps instead of Apple when getting directions, Apple Maps will take you to the pool building and not the actual lobby.

Great location and staff was wonderful to work with..

I had asked to have a quiet area to sleep because I work late and I get up early in the morning so I get less than 4 hrs of sleep. So my sleep is very valuable to me. Unfortunately The Staff put a family right above me and they were up late and.their kids were up early causing me to loose alot of sleep.. It was a bummer deal especially when the place was only at 25% capacity.. However this is not stopping me from booking again with them next month.. Thanks !!! For the awsome memories.. See you again soon !

The staff was EXCELLENT, very helpful and friendly, nothing bad to say about any of the staff we encountered. The location was amazing. Pool was small but nice. The environment was really relaxing.

Felt like the apartment and some of the kitchen things could have been cleaned better. It wasn't a super big deal but definitely noticed. Neighbours upstairs were pretty noisy.

The room itself was fantastic. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Because it was a bit of a drive to town, they had a selection of food items for sale in the reception area.

The picture was of a building that they didn't have any rooms in. The reception area was quite far from the rooms.

Quiet. Enjoyed having a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Coeur d'Alene Lake is very beautiful!

Nothing to do around the property. No walking trails except the road. No restaurants nearby - 30 minute drive to nearest town with any facilities or restaurants. Office had some basics only (milk, soda, etc.)

It’s beautiful and quiet.

It’s so far from everything, which can be a plus. The pool is open weird hours and small, wish there was a hot tub. The website says there is a spa, not sure if I just missed it but I didn’t say anything.

I loved the apartment, how roomy, yet cozy, it was. The beds were very comfortable and the whole space was beautifully done.

We were there off season and there was a lot of work being done outside. While the pool was open, the parking for the pool area was all posted no parking. It was too cold for walking down to the pool, or back, in a swim suit, so we did not use the pool.

Pool and activities (movies, puzzles and games). My children felt very comfortable.

No workout room. Ranch priority guest. Access to check in from booking took us to the wrong location. Please check the address.

We have been to Arrow Point with Worldmark several times. It is our favorite place to visit. The staff is wonderful and our condo and all that it provided was the best. We also love the underground parking!!

There was not anything we did not like.
