Has everything you need for a comfortable stay for the night! We were just on our way up the coast from Southern Vic and was a very pleasant experience here. Loved the espresso coffee provided and decent amount of milk to use for a couple of coffees in the morning. The guy at the front desk was lovely and seemed cheerful! The shower was unreal and they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash in convenient tubs in the shower. The room came with a TV which was great for a relax after a long drive. Not far from the shops down the street either or the golf club for a nice meal. Right by the harbour which was nice for a run in the morning.

It was wonderful to arrive at the motel and be greeted by a charming , smiling lady who I asume was the owner. She told us where the room was ; on opening the door we saw a very large roomwhich was spotlessly clean and inviting. The king size bed was great and there was asingle bed as well. The bathroom was superb;very modern and well presented. The hand basin was outside the room making it possible for one person to be in the shower/toilet and the other to be shaving. Heating was great and the TV well set up. The motel was close to the town centre and across the road from the river.

Looks like a motel from outside but is a hotel from inside. Super clean and comfortable beds, walls and furniture in clean condition. Maintenance is good so everything looks new. Had good amount of coffee and tea packs, and a mini bar with wine, juices and chocolates. Location is bang on. Just 1 km from main market so it's peaceful around and the water is across the road so a good stroll is always possible. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We would always return here without thinking about any other place.

The room did not have a microwave so I couldn't heat my coffee after adding cold milk.

A good sized room. Very tidy and staff came daily to clean, top up kitchen basics and provide clean towels, if you needed them. Comfortable beds. Plenty of basic supplies like coffee, tea and biscuits. Plenty of power outlets and appliances like toaster and kettle. A nice view across the road to the river and park. Having the start of parkrun across the road, was a bonus!

Having the bathroom "sink" in the kitchen, which was a bit high. The switch above the mirror was hard to reach for shorter people like us. The mirror covering one of the electrical outlets was very odd.

Nice, clean room with all the basics. Looks exactly like the pictures. Tea and coffee facilities as well as some bonus cookies. While there, there was no vacancy, but didn't seem that busy. Parking lot filled up, but still a couple of spaces. Nice if you like to stroll along the sea wall, which was across the road. Beds were made every day and towels cleaned, so much better than our previous AirBnBs. Nice to come home to a really nicely made bed. Actually quite impressed. TV was a good size Modern and easy to see.

Not really negatives, just things to be aware of. Not really walking distance to much. Across the road from the Marina, but not really anything else. Easy 2min drive to the centre of Batemans bay and the country club in the other direction. We used the motel as a base for all our other activities in the south coast, so wasn't an issue. Also the bathroom sink was in the main room, at a height uncomfortable for more people. Can see the reason for it, but made life semi difficult for the shorter people in the family. Also as other people have mentioned, no bowls. But there are plates knives and tea spoons. Netflix is listed as available, but only if you sign in to your account. (Not a problem if you have one)

The room was super clean! Loved that is was fully renovated & everything looked very well taken care of. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked to be moved to a ground floor since I had a very large suitcase and Rob went out of his way to make this happen. Great location although no restaurant onsite as it is closed. JJ’s is just across the street and a great option. Will definitely stay here again

Definitely one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed in! Better than expected. Exceptionally clean and modern room, and very big. Clearly recently renovated. They did a great job. The Wifi worked well. The king bed we had was very comfortable, and soft. The pillows were nice as well. We slept great. We only stayed one night but would have been completely comfortable here for multiple nights. Lovely staff as well.

The only thing we did not like is that the shower has no door, just a half wall, so water splashes out a bit onto the floor near the sink. But a floor towel is provided so it's not a big deal.

The room appeared brand new. Nice beds, great sized walk in shower. Room was really clean except for the heavily stained carpets which were a major turn off unfortunately.

The carpet looked very dirty and stained which was a major negative toward was a great new room. Id advised tiling these rooms being so close the water. We made a point of not accidentally dropping any clothing on the ground whilst there. Id stay again but stress to the owners that the carpets need to be steam cleaned ore often or replaced.

Everything about this motel was great. Either new or newly renovated rooms, very clean, well appointed. It is alittle out of the main part of town but location is pretty obvious when you book. I was going to a function at the Catalina club which is easy walking distance.

Only thing to improve was there was a light outside my room window that was annoying at night (shutters are not blackout). Room is in a darker area down a bit of a corridor so the light needed to be there (unless it could be a sensor light)

Good location, clean, most lovely sheets (they smelled divine!) spacious room, super comfortable beds. The toiletries were also excellent. Nicely decorated room.

Although the room was good, this is a motel and not a hotel.. The overall experience was positive but the price (AUD 411 for one night, breakfast not included) felt excessive for a motel… We were lucky to be on the first floor and to have non noisy neighbours. I just wish the website would mention that this is not a hotel
