We weren’t expecting much for the price but were very pleasantly surprised!! Room was much better and updated compared to the pictures (I think pictures need to be updated). Room was also very clean and bed was very comfortable. Ac worked great also. Check in time is early compared to other places was convenient and we easily got a late check out which was so nice not having to rush out after accidentally sleeping in! Overall really happy with our experience and would definitely stay again!

I was upgraded without charge to a very comfortable room. There was lots of light around the outside when I walked my dog. Staff was friendly. McDonalds, Starbucks, & at least 3 restaurants were within walking distance. Access from and to I-5 was super easy. And it was a great value!

One of major signs was not lit fully. There were no poop bags available and if you allow pets that's a pretty simple accommodation to make. I suggested some just outside the front door where people who are staying there go in and out.

I loved the location and how close it was to downtown! The staff were very kind and courteous which made it feel very welcoming! Overall, the stay was excellent.

Elevator smelled interesting but nothing concerning!

No food is available at this location. (There was a well stocked vending machine.) McDonalds is next door and Starbucks just across the street. The coffee machine in the room was good. We made use of the hotel laundry which was reasonably priced and worked well.

This is a former motel, recently franchised by Motel 6 under this new brand. The furniture is old and worn out but the rooms are large and nice.

Hope they will refurbish everything, the concept is nice.

It’s a pretty decent place. I could see myself staying here again. I liked all the security cameras in the parking lot and a lot safer bc of that.

The toilet was not quite totally cleaned. There was a smudge of something on the seat. Easy to hear other guests.

The room actually cost LESS that on our previous stay (2019) when this was the Hospitality Inn, and the facilities were actually better.

Breakfast would have been nice, though the coffee is good.

Close to grocery store and near the lake and trails.

People having loud conversations very late at night to the wee hours of the morning in parking lot. It’s just under windows by the smoking area that can be a problem. Walking by the smoking near the entrance is also no fun for non smokers. Perhaps, the smoking area could be moved across the parking lot away from the buildings windows with a shed for rain. Just a thought 😌

Sweet little property, with a small pool & a lovely barbecue area. Just a few blocks from the freeway, so convenient but quiet.

Could use more outlets for devices.

Staff was exceptional!!!!! All our requests were dealt with promptly. Also, the staff had our coffee brewing at 5 as requested Will definitely return.
