I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel for several reasons. First and foremost, the room I stayed in was impressively huge, providing ample space to relax and move around comfortably. Additionally, the breakfast options offered by the hotel were outstanding. The cleanliness of the hotel, both in the rooms and common areas, was impeccable, creating a hygienic and pleasant environment. The availability of free parking was a significant convenience, eliminating the hassle of finding a parking spot. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries or requests, making the overall experience quite enjoyable.

While my stay at the hotel was mostly positive, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. Firstly, I was unable to extend my stay due to the hotel being fully booked. Secondly, the hotel had a strict check-out timing policy, which could be somewhat inconvenient for guests who prefer a more relaxed departure. Lastly, it's worth noting that the Wi-Fi service was quite poor during my stay, and unfortunately, it didn't work throughout, which was a significant inconvenience.

Breakfast was OK. Could have used some more options. Pastries were stale and hard. Waffles would be a good option or some real eggs.

I thought the cost was a little too high. Trying to save money in this economy that Joe Biden and the DEMONcrats have trashed is very difficult. I hope all the New Yorkers that are moving to Jersey wise the hell up and quite voting DEMONcrat. Stupid is as stupid does. God help us!

The aesthetic of the hotel was nice with the memorable lines from historic figures being a nice touch. The front desk staff were nice and the free, spacious parking was a plus. The room was spacious too and the heat worked really well during that cold night. The breakfast was ok, definitely should have those boiled eggs kept warm like the french toast and sausage though.

We found the bed to be kind of hard and uncomfortable. The noise level in the room was high enough for us to deduce that it lacked insulation...from the car sounds roaring through the windows, the ruckus heard in the hallway during the early morning from housekeeping, and the sasquatch footsteps above us. Additionally, the loud, running toilet and the refrigerator making a slight ticking noise was annoying too (had to unplug the fridge), but we were there for one night after a party in NYC so it was whatever.

The property is in a good location, in walking distance to several restaurants. It is well maintained. Our room was a good size and comfortable. One issue we had were that I had called several days ahead for an early check in and was told we could have access to the room by 2 pm. When we arrived, There was no record of this and they said no rooms were ready. They were able to come up with a room after a short delay. The guy at the desk at check in had a little attitude. Also our room safe didnt work. Overall the room was well equipped with coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. The property was clean including the breakfast room.

No complaints other than listed above.

I was in town for Aunt Connie's funeral. 96yrs wonderful yrs. We have staid here every month since she was on hospice. We were given an upgraded room. That help ease the pain. We came back played miniature golf, exercised alittle, Went bike riding. Enjoyed breakfast the next morning. Had popcorn made in the lobby by the staff lastnight 🍿🍿, watched movies and tried to relax & remember the good times with Auntie.

I wish they had ice cream in the gift shop. Fruit flavored cooler like Jack Daniel's fruit punch or lynchburg lemonade... there is I nice ice cream parlor a block away.

The hotel is 20 minutes from New York, the main plus. The hotel is not new, but it is not bad quality, soundproofing is good. Regular rooms are a bit cramped. Rooms with a jacuzzi are simply huge and have two separate rooms. Breakfasts are different every day (we stayed for three nights). The main plus of this hotel is the workers at the reception. We arrived on the first night very late and tired. Our room was ready, but the key to the room was lost. The girl moved us to a suite without delay. We spent the next night in our room, but the toilet was clogged in the morning. The girl moved us back to a suite. This is the best service in the last 7 years of traveling around America!!! And I have been to hundreds of hotels during this time.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Silence all around.

Very good breakfast. The pastries and fresh fruit were nice additions to the usual fare of yogurt, cereal, bread and hot options like pre-made eggs with sausages and make your own waffles. I returned to this hotel as I also like the proximity to Verona park, as well as shops and restaurants. Good value for the price.

Pillows were too soft as was one of the mattress in my double room. Fortunately, the other bed was firmer and more comfortable. Other room amenities were fine also.

Lovely hotel. Large room, tastefully decorated. Extremely clean. The only issue I had was that on booking.com I had a confirmation for a king room, but upon arrival was told that I had a room with 2 double beds. The hotel was sold out and had no king rooms. The hotel also advertises a restaurant on-site, but the restaurant was closed for renovations, which was disappointing.

I was told by the hotel manager that the hotel never makes king rooms available to 3rd party booking sites .. only double bed rooms .. even though I had a confirmation for a king room .. they did try to accommodate me but the hotel was sold out and there were no king rooms available.

The lobby was comfortable and very inviting. the hotel was gracious about allowing groups to gather in the lobby in comfortable seating. it felt like a home away from home. the free coffee 24/7 is great. the staff is friendly and the breakfast was great as well. beautiful grounds, spacious parking lot.

the handicap accessible room has a great shower and bathroom. well designed and excellent for wheelchair bound. the rug on the floor is challenging for wheelchair mobility.

We had a comfortable stay. Room was big, nice interior, all clean, clean coffee maker in room, all amenities available. Breakfast was ok, choice was not too big, but there was toast, pastry, cereals and hot scrambled eggs and sausages. Breakfast room / lobby was very nice and clean, lovely decoration - and there was coffee and juice available 24/7.

Our room did not have wifi (probably too far down the hallway, there was no signal at all).
