Breakfast was okay. I recall it was offered only on our third day's stay.

I could not get a receipt from Holiday Inn to cover our stay there. I needed it to seek reimbursement for my older Daughter's Room. Bookings.com said Holiday Inn would give it and Holiday Inn said Bookings.com would give it. I am going to make do with what I have (confirmation from Bookings.com and zero balance invoice from Holiday Inn). I did not like this, though. What was wrong with issuing a receipt, even if it might seem like a duplication on your respective systems?

i liked the location with restaurant attached to same bldg. room was very cozy equipped with small refrigerator and microwave.the television system was aplus.so yes was well enjoyed. did seem very clean, although the carpet did need replaced.

when first arrived the guy at desk ,not friendly.i almost felt like what are you doing here? then on top of that he sent me to a room that was occupied. that sucked.wait for him to apologize.definitely felt he was racist.

The front staff were inviting and very accommodating. Always a smile when we walked pass. Rooms are a nice size and housekeeping was polite and willing to help. LOVE the room darkening curtains - makes the room pitch black! LoL

Fat Cactus, the restaurant on site, prices were very high...didn't expect to be charged $12.95 for each margarita when I asked the bartender who said $6 for all margaritas during social hour. If we had known the cherry margarita drinks weren't the social hour price, we definitely would have gone elsewhere. The food: half a cup of Mexican corn $5.39, 2 chicken tacos, half a cup of rice with a garnish for $16.15, 5 chicken wings for $13.99 - outrageously high prices considering the small portion size.

I booked a reservation for a good amount of days, and the hotel complimented my family and I with free breakfast even though I had not purchased that package. I really do appreciate that although I was not expecting it. The staff were not constantly asking me whether I needed something but someone was always there when I needed something, meaning, staff was attentive. Breakfast was the same all week but there was a good variety and the food was decent. thank you.

I kindly wish sheets would have been a little more cleaner. It made me a little paranoid sleeping on the bed seeing stains on the sheets of makeup and something red. But beds and pillows were comfortable. Thank you for the comfort.

Our room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We were originally given a 2nd floor room, but then offered a 1st floor, closer room which helped mom with walking. The price was reasonable.

I wish the second heavier drapes closed all the way, being on the first floor. There was a thinner curtain that did close completely. And the cooked food could have had more flavor.

Overall bathroom looked nice, bed was comfortable, and the room had decent heating (went during the winter).

Wished the TV was a smart TV, couldn't watch Netflix or anything, had to resort to cable television. Another thing room didn't have an iron/ironing board in it. Also, a hold for an incidental fee of $100 was plced on my card when I got there, that I did not know about when I booked, but that was taken off when I checked out since I didn't break or buy anything there. Finally, the shower head could've been cleaned or replaced, looked grimy (green/white stains). Other than that it functioned properly.

the fact that it had a pool. would like to recommend they look into salt water pool. that alone would’ve made my rating higher.

there was no daily room freshen up. trash was piled, beds not freshened. Also, we booked for a family of 3 and the room towels were for two people. they brought extra bath towels no washcloths or hand towels. no microwave in room. no hand towel for kitchenette.

Breakfast was varied , clean and well presented. Gym was well equipped even for Seniors , and very clean. The convenience of having an excellent Mexican restaurant next door was a plus.

For the reasonable price, there was nothing to dislike!

The beds are support comfortable. The room and halls were clean and smelled nice.

After a few days, my room lost its clean smell and smells like spilled milk. When I returned the evening after I noticed the smell, the room had been seen to (regular bed make up and towel replacement) and it smelled good again.

The daytime manager was exceptional. He was attentive, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. We would return to this location just because of him. I felt comfortable and knew that all my needs were being attended to because he was on top of everything.
