Breakfast was amazing. Great assortment.

Our room smelled funny. 211 I think… Pull out bed (couch) had some stains on it. Stain on carpet. Faucet in shower was coming out of the wall Water pressure in sink was extremely low. Hard to wash your hands Reserved for 5 people and only had 4 towels. Got more.

Friendly and accommodating staff.

While sitting out the back door we were rolled up on by 2 people on bikes, one with no seat, wanting cigarettes. Was concerned because I didn't see any security cameras on that side of the building. The fake stone is also falling off the whole building.

We came for a family graduation and we’re able to share meals in the breakfast area which was a HUGE help, we really didn’t have a space anywhere else to accommodate all of us , we were very grateful for that , we had other family staying there also , and the pool was lovely , oh! Loved the black out shades!

The shuttle doesn’t run early enough

The location was Great. The Starbucks coupon was great. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.

The elevator was slow, the Wi-Fi was mediocre at best. There were some loud guests but it wasnt terrible.

Breakfast was good. Service was excellent and housekeeping staff great. The room was spare and compact in modern style, clean and well designed. The top lock on the door was broken and when I reported it I was offered a different room. I had already settled in and did not want to move again but they did give me a discount, which I appreciated.

The TV seemed to be overly sensitive to the weather (it was raining) and constantly pixilating. Location is near a train, which woke me up in the night.

the location was within good distance of restaurants and the freeway. the staff was helpful with suggestions about dinner and what types of food were available.

The hot tub was so loud, the vibrations actually massaged my back through the concrete. It sounded cavernous and I almost got out, but curiosity kept me in. The pool was right next to a road and two of the privacy curtains were broken. In our room, our shower/bath spigot was able to move away from the wall and I knew construction was not up to par. I did tell the front desk, and he seemed concerned and made indications it would be taken care of.

The hotel is new so everything is very nice and modern. Air conditioner was very quiet, the room itself was very quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Free breakfast was delicious and generous, plus free parking, WiFi, and premium cable was an additional plus. We loved that this hotel is pet friendly.

The shower head sucked and randomly lost pressure. I feel $206 for the king room was steep. The size of the room was adequate, but I wouldn’t say incredibly spacious. The room and amenities were nice, but I don’t know if it’s worth $206 a night.

Convenient large parking lot and right next to Starbucks for a quick coffee before we hit the road. Comfortable bed and room was clean and spacious.

Doors to the room are heavy! I'm told it's for fire safety. Wish they'd offer real half-&-half for the coffee, not creamers. Why can't hotels add that nice touch to the breakfast bars?!

Location is great if youre looking for food & nightlife downtown. The entire hotel is extremely clean for being pet friendly also!! Never had any issues with staff. Even when my car broke down they helped me the best way they could!! Due to covid I havent experienced breakfast or the pool, which is understandable. It will still be my preferred hotel when im in town!
