We decided to stay at The Trade, Autograph Collection due to my daughter and her best friend attending the Suicide Boys concert, which was right across the street. My daughter had originally booked a room at The Days Inn since she used to work there as a housekeeper but I told her I didn't want to stay there since I was now going. I'm so glad I did because of the terrible reviews it had and how close this hotel was to the concert hall, you really can't beat the fact that it's right across the street. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful! They have robes in the rooms for customers to wear and even have some in the lobby for sale, not that I would buy them there. I love wearing my robes, especially during the colder months. The hotel also had amazing soundproofing, I couldn't hear any noise coming from the other rooms, hallway, or even outside on the street, even after the concert got out! The room had a mini fridge, 3 small bottles of alcohol that were priced at $25/bottle or more, and free water bottles. The cabinet doors were soft close, which I love. I also loved the black matte fixtures, cool looking light when you first entered the room, the big round mirror in the bathroom that was both front and back lit, the list is endless. We got 1 free beer token/daily that needed to be used by 6pm (I think) for the 1st floor bar but didn't use them because I don't drink and the girls don't like beer. They had patio heaters outside for the smoking area, which was nice. You needed to scan your key card to ride the elevator to get to your room that's higher up due to them having multiple restaurants onsite, including a rooftop restaurant.

I didn't like how expensive valet parking was at $49/night plus tax, you had to use the online valet service, instead of paying cash, I think it came to around $110 for 2 nights with tax and that's not including a tip. The hotel has 3-4 restaurants with 1 of them being a bar/restaurant but the food was so overpriced we never went to them. I didn't like the sliding barn door for the bathroom door, it didn't lock, nor is it good for blocking sounds and smells when using the bathroom (don't get me wrong, I love the look but not on a bathroom).

The location to the Fiserv was fantastic. The room was very nice, actually impressive. The clerk checking us in was fantastic. While there seemed to be an issue with one of the reservations with Booking.com, it was resolved relatively quickly and they did give us drink coupons for the inconvenience.

Just a couple things. 1. The light in the coffee/drink area would not turn off so we had to deal with a light on all night and it was close to the bed. 2. When checking out, the desk clerk pretty much did not care to hear about the light that stayed on all night. She basically just dismissed us. The coffee maker was one I have never seen before, it appeared to be Italian, but I have never operated one and everything was in Italian so it was maybe not the best choice in a hotel that is English speaking. It operated like no other coffee maker I have ever used before and I have used a lot of them. Finally figured it out, but simple directions would have been nice.

The staff at check in were very kind and helpful. They made us feel like we were the only guests there. They were very warm and welcoming, and I appreciated that there was a diverse group of people working who felt comfortable being their true selves. I also appreciated the quietness of the hotel. It seemed like they were busy, but you didn't here people in the hallway, other tv's, etc. That was very nice.

The shower was nice, however I like a more powerful stream of water in the morning. This is a personal preference. We had breakfast downstairs, and the food was good. However, the service seemed slow. Our server was very nice.

I loved the location. I did not drive, so could not comment on parking. Beautiful view of fiserv. Close to the music venue I attended and other good restaurants and breweries. Friendly staff, I felt very welcome. I liked the elevators required your card to get to your room. The rooms had good dampening of noise from the street and other room. The rooms had an elegant modern rustic feel. The room was very spacious with very high ceiling (looked to be over 10 feet). beautiful. The cleaning service people were very nice.

Only one issue was with one of the lamp fixtures that made a cowbell like noise with movement of the ground. I was able to adjust the lamp to fix the issue.

We thought the hotel was great and loved the service and staff. The pizza was great.

The only problem we had was that we ordered a pizza and meatballs late night after we got back from the concert and they while we were waiting for it to take back to our room the hostess came and told us they were out of meatballs which was fine but the next day when I received the email receipt I noticed I was still charged for the meatballs!

Great location and nice brand new facilities! Good food options within the hotel and comfortable rooms (and beds). Coffee in the lobby was a nice touch and was actually quite good. Friendly staff

Some of the modern amenities were not as functional as they could be- shower faucets did not make sense and would be hard for some people to use - also went hot and cold without touching the faucet. Curtain closure was not intuitive at all and the switch was located across the room with no manual option to close or open them. A few bartenders downstairs pretty much ignored our party of 4 at the bar while other guests were served more quickly after sitting down after us. Our food orders were wrong but the food was good -too many options offered on the burgers if you’re not going to get them correct as ordered.

The location of the hotel was awesome! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was extremely impressive, super clean, and comfortable. Love the thought of the hotel honoring the people who built Milwaukee and the décor is amazing. Coming back for sure!!

Parking, but completely understand with it being downtown. Made up for it with valet, and they we super professional and quick. Will use this service again.

Location was great. Stayed for Marquette's graduation. Close to campus and across from the Fiserv where graduation was held. Close to restaurants and bars.

Valet parking is convenient except after an event it took an hour to get our car. Would prefer to self park but wasn't as cost efficient as there were no in/out privileges.

Very very nice. From the room to the comfortable bed.

When we first checked in, the lady just rattled off what she had to say but we couldn’t understand her. The bar was very expensive for drinks. Gave us drink tokens but couldn’t use them for a mixed drink.

Incredible location, with well designed rooms and excellent dining options. Spacious and comfortable. Great proximity to food and nightlife.

No room service options past 11, and no minibar. They also failed to add my Marriot Bonvoy number to my stay.
