I love the hotel in every aspect! The staff are amazing and always willing to help! The view is simply espectacular, built in the middle of a rice field surrounded by nature made this experience the best one! Really loved the place!

Though the location is just 15 mins from the city centre. But no car can go there as the path is really narrow and stiff. Joglo staff will pick and drop you with their scooter. They are very punctual. But it's not very feasible to go out whenever you require.

Every time I come to Ubud I stay at Joglo Organik. It is a beautiful family run resort situated amongst the rice fields. The rooms are nicely decorated with natural aesthetics, big comfy bed, spacious room with a nice sofa, and table and chairs outside to look out over the rice fields. I also love they are environmentally friendly, and food is all organic produce. The location is great. Ubud can be very hectic but the resort is down a beautiful road with no car access which keeps it very peaceful. Rice fields either side with the sound of running water. They provide pick up and drop off to the main street (centre) however, it’s one of my favourite roads so the 10 minute walk is worth walking. Staff service is exceptional. I would highly recommend. The staff, hospitality, location, services and value for money - it’s everything you’d ever want for a comfortable stay during your vacation. We were a family of four - my partner, I, my parents (62, 70) - we all loved our time at the property. Rooms: we were in room 8 and 7. Both rooms were facing the paddy field and it was just pleasant! Location: in the very heart of Ubud market and yet disconnected from the busy streets (1.7 kms inside). Please note that it can be only reached on foot or by scooter. They provide free shuttle service to the Main Street which is super convenient! Staff: Dek Wan was the most helpful and humble person. He made sure that we do not have any issues with transportation, food, or room. He helped us with arranging transportation even after our stay was completed. The entire staff is like a family and you can feel that!

This is not complaint or dislikes but something that only we faced in room 8: - had issues with shower pressure and hot water. It was intermittent. - AC didn’t cool like it was on 16° c. We informed Dek about the above during our checkout and I’m pretty sure they’ll fix it asap.

Good to have at least one alternative milk option such as Almond, Soy or Oat milk. Just a suggestion…

Such a beautiful little gem of a property and amazing value. The location is just a little out of central Ubud and I may have overlooked it had it not been recommended by the hosts of a retreat I was attending nearby, but so glad I chose Joglo Oranik, it’s a cosy hideaway that felt like a home away from home for me. I especially appreciated the daily refills of water and coffee in the room. The staff were also so polite and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. So grateful for my stay here 🤍

I would have liked a stronger Americano at breakfast, but I might be a little fussy about my coffee.

Beautiful, rustic styled hotel set up in the rice fields above Ubud. We spent nine nights here and would definitely come back. The rooms were large and comfortable with gorgeous views of the surrounding farms. It was a pleasure watching the fireflies and bats at night and the birds and dragonflies during the day. Despite the area feeling rural, there are a variety of restaurants, shops, and yoga studios nearby. Lovely area to walk. Excellent staff- all very friendly and accommodating. They helped us up and down the hill with our luggage. The restaurant at Joglo was very good too. The nasi goreng, tofu tempe curry, and gado gado were great, but the surprise winners were the pasta napolitano and the dadar gulang (pandan pancakes). The yukatas and room service were nice to have as well.

Some hooks to hang things in the bathroom near the sink would be helpful. There are vegan options at the restaurant, but I wish they were more clearly marked on the menu. Otherwise, everything was great!

Amazing value! The property is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous and the restaurant and lobby have a lovely vibe. The staff are wonderful so helpful and friendly. The property is on the heritage trail so a beautiful setting but no cars can reach this area. The staff will pick you up and drop off downtown including luggage, it's quite an experience as it's all by scooter and so tight pathways.

I have no complaints, the joglo set the standard very high meaning the other places I've stayed in Bali have been a bit disappointing to be honest

We absolutely loved this property you could either walk about 20 minutes or get the motorbikes up or down which we opted for a lot. The room was beautiful so spacious with a lovely view over the rice fields. The staff were beyond helpful and all the drivers who took us up and down were so lovely and willing to do it. We got dinner two nights in the hotel and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this property.

My only issues were the noise both rooms either side I could hear very clearly what they were talking about and some where up to all hours being very loud. Also in the morning the farmer started up at about 8am which was very loud and the animals so I would suggest some sort of soundproofing. The doors to the room had gaps when closed so maybe this is why. Also there was no hot water at all I think we had it one night but not any others. And the only other thing was the pool itself was so lovely but there was no steps down into it which made it difficult to get out. So I would suggest a ladder or something to help get people in and out.

We really liked staying in this wonderful guesthouse. Most of all, we liked the style of this place. A very cozy, homely, organic place, which is very pleasant to be in:) The second thing that deserves the highest rating is the staff. Thanks to them a lot! They were very friendly and caring. I would like to note about the location of the hotel. The hotel is in a wonderful location among rice fields. A very natural, beautiful place in the center of Ubud, but it is important to note that the price of this is a bit longer road from the center of Ubud to the hotel, but the hotel has a great option. On your call, they can give you a ride from the main road of Ubud to the hotel and return by bike. It did not cause any inconvenience to us, because this narrow road to the hotel, which will not be passed by a car, is very beautiful. It was an additional reason to admire the beauty of the island. I will not write about the other advantages of Joglo Organic, because there are already so many true reviews about this. So, in conclusion I’ll say that we really liked this guesthouse. We would be happy to stay there again. I would recommend this hotel to those who appreciate and love Balinese nature and calmness. The photos of the hotel correspond to reality, so you can get to know the hotel through photos and a huge number of positive reviews.

On the first day of arrival, we did not have hot water. We didn't know the reason, but we didn't want to go to the staff to sort it out, because we were very tired after a long flight. But we went to solve this problem the next day. The staff quickly decided everything and the hot water reappeared. This is only one inconvenience that I was able to point out, but the problem was solved quickly.
