The location is excellent, breakfast was different each of the 3 days I stayed and was good. The room was well equipped if I had wanted to cook, I could have. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

There was a strong smell in the room. Less noticable when I'd been in the room for a while, but I could never pin point what it was. Friends thought it was a chemical cleaning smell, I thought it was an earthy/moldy smell. BUT I never saw mold anywhere. I'd have liked more pillows and it may be time to replace the pillows. The bathroom and kitchen lighting were very dim. Probably just needed new bulbs.

My daughters and I booked two nights to go Black Friday shopping. The location was perfect and all beds including sofa bed were very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

They were remodeling our floor and there was some equipment in the hall ways. Bit a big deal but just something that could have been improved.

Location to shopping and restaurants

Booking.com over booked and we lost our room!!!! Thank goodness there was a suite that we were able to get for our family! I will never use booking.com’s site again! We traveled from another state for this trip. I made reservations weeks ahead! It was late in the evening when we arrived at the hotel to only find out that we lost our room! I did find it interesting also that no meat was served at breakfast! I wish they would’ve shared that with us while checking in!

The accomodations were excellent. The hotel is quiet, clean, and in the desirable St. Johns Town Center. This is the ONLY hotel that my family and I will stay at when we are in town for my mother's doctors appointments.

I was overcharged for my stay. When I spoke nicely with the attendant, Andre'?? about it during check-in, he was rude, defensive, condescending, and argumentative for no apparent reason. We all make mistakes, but it appeared as if my pointing out his error, he felt that I was making a personal attack on him. He was NOT professional at all. After my family's stay, the manager promptly corrected the error, without delay, in a kind, courteous, and professional manner .

I loved how all the staff was so helpful. It took 2 hours for us to check in dealing with something on my card, the first desk clerks were so nice, was so helpful and patient.

Only thing is after all the time it took to get checked in when we got to our room we noticed that it was a queen size bed and I know we paid for the King suite. With it being so late my husband said something the next day and because we was leaving the next day so there was no need to change rooms but they did accommodate with the price difference.... There's really nothing I can say bad about this wonderful hotel... Whenever we come back to Jacksonville you guys are our new home..

Location and price were great

The breakfast has a great selection, but the quality was subpar. During our 9 day stay, housekeeping only came three times, and one of those times was only to drop off towels.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were great. Great breakfast. Terrific fresh fruit every morning. Husband loved the meats and eggs. Nice variety of foods at breakfast. They are redoing all the rooms. We were in the older rooms, which were great. Looking forward to seeing the new rooms.

Very busy location. Great for those wanting to shop and eat out. Unfortunately we found a less traffic way out on our last day.

NO OUTSIDE CAMERAS. Vehicle was involved in a hit and run in the parking area. Contacted police but nothing that they could do other than a report. For the money and location, surely they would have had outside security cameras

The first floor was under construction and we didn't even have the stairs available for use. construction went on till 11:15 pm on a Sunday till I finally called to say when it would end so I can get some sleep? they stopped shortly afterwards. I was on the 2nd floor and could hear all the sounds of construction.

Breakfast was great, reception was great also. Unfortunately it was too cold for the pool however in amy event the stay was pleasant and would stay again.

My room wasn't ready. I booked it the same day but when we arrived around 5-530 the room was not made available until after 6pm. The staff was helpful but the wait was a bit much fortunately i was too tired to even make a fuss about i just wanted my room.
