The staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and more than willing to help if you needed it. From the time you checked in to the time you left, they were very attentive.

The continental breakfast could’ve been a bit better. When booking the room, I booked the continental breakfast included. It still wasn’t free, but it was easier than having to pay for breakfast. The offerings offered a little bit to be desired. I have stayed at some more properties offering free breakfast, and the selection was much greater. I think it would be a better option. If when booking the room, it came with a buffet breakfast, not just a continental breakfast.

The hotel had a nice grass area around the back to walk our dogs with waste bins and bags included. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby and restaurant was nice and the breakfast buffet was very good, we also enjoyed the pool and other amenities.

The linen smelled clean and fresh. The room overall was cleaned well. The location is good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the parking. My mother is handicap and I had to let her out and and find a park far from the front. Also there wasn't a microwave on the room and the fridge didn't get cold.

The area is nice, but with the level of service this hotel gets I would have expected it to be in a more elaborate area. I would of expected it to be on the others side of Gate pkwy with all the other restaurants and attractions for easy walking for those that fly in without cars.

cleaning staff didn’t pick up dishes and trash from room service outside the hotel room entrances in the hallways for the couple nights we were there, other than that very clean hotel.

This hotel is very centrally located to everything! There was plenty of parking and the back patio was a beautiful addition to the scenery.

When I checked in, they did not have my prepaid breakfast on the reservation. It seemed as if one of the staff members thought I was lying and whispered to the front desk staff. Until I resurrected my Booking.com confirmation and proved I had already paid. Just wasn't a friendly encounter upon check-in

The location was excellent it was minutes away from restaurants. Front desk check-in was extremely nice. The young lady who was working that night helped me and my husband find food restaurants after the concert. She even printed out the directions for us.

I didn't realize that it wasn't a microwave in our room until I got ready to heat up my food.

Modern room with a Comfortable bed, good a/c system, courteous staff.

Breakfast slice bread was not fresh, decaf coffee to strong. The room bathroom needs some clothes hooks and hand towel rack, shower pressure was low and shower head arm not secure in wall, the room TV to small, heard neighbors alarm clock in the morning, lamp missing bulbs.

there wasn’t any shower gel in the bottle, the water is hard, no lotion, no microwave, and the breakfast wasn’t worth $15p/p. I know we came down about an hour before breakfast was over but it was worth it.

The room was clean. Hotel staff very pleasant. Loved the indoor pool.

A minor issue with TV but was quickly resolved. One side of curtain wouldn't close in my room but not a big deal.
