The Breakfast has always been the same for years, but we enjoyed it everyday. No complains. there is enough for everyone and there is a variety of things to eat. Everything was cooked to order and was fresh. The coffee is immaculate. Hands down their breakfast is good

we only stayed here for one night, before our flight from JFK, and visiting friends in an nearby town. it was very comfortable for a family. Nice to have breakfast includes, and complimentary drinks. friendly staff.

-no vegetables in breakfast -no gluten free awareness during breakfast -they make omelettes and pancake on the same surface and heat gluten free bread in the same toasters of the regular bread. -our room was near the road and it was but most at night.

Breakfast was AWESOME! Best breakfast potatoes ever, and an omelet bar! They also provided complimentary free drink coupons for each night's stay, which was a nice touch. I also like that our dog was able to stay with us, and our room had a door inside to create a two-room, feel.

The "hot tub" was not hot at all, from kids splashing pool water inside. A fight broke out during out stay, which is beyond the control of the hotel. I also did not like the temp control, our room was cold despite being turned to 80 degrees.

The quality of this hotel has exceeded my expectations. Me and my wife liked it and my kids loved it. It had free parking. Free breakfast didn't have too many options but for us it was more than adequate. We were also given coupons for free drinks at the bar downstairs. We thought we had an issue with our bathroom, so we called the reception and they sent someone to our room right away. Nice experience overall. Well recommended.

The air conditioner was a little too loud time to time. I don't like the pillows - too small and too soft. And the swimming pool was small.

I liked that I made a last-minute decision after losing my photographer and booked the hotel for a photoshoot. I needed to use the hotel space. I wasn't sure how that would go over with the hotel staff. They were way more than accommodating for the shoot. As long as I was out of the way, they were cool with it. We used the rokm.as a staging area. I had hair, makeup, and outift changes going on. It turned out great. The photos also turned out great.

If I had to complain about anything, it would be that we couldn't figure out how to get the temperature to change. The AC was blowing out hot air. All along all we had to do was crack the window.

The lobby area and foyer of the hotel was a sight to behold. The high ceilings, sky light, and plants made the hotel feel like we were in a resort. The facilities were clean and inviting. The staff were great and the breakfast was nice. There was a pancake and omelet station that sent the breakfast over the top. I’m looking forward to staying here again.

I loved the breakfast..the cleanliness of the rooms and decor of the hotel. The staff was great and friendly. I came with my family of 6 and the room worked out perfectly with the sofabed so I didn't have to pay for an additional room.

I didn't like that I was unable to bring my husband breakfast while he slept in.

the air conditioner’s sound is very high specially at night, i couldn’t sleep well TV has only a small number of free channels with no other options for streaming or connecting to phone, netflix, etc..

Size of the room was big enough for my family to be comfortable. The Breakfast is as good as we remember. My kids loved it.

The dresser where the TV was on was dusty. The pull out sofa bed had stains on the under side of mattress. One lamp did not operate.

Free breakfast was great, especially the omelet bar. The breakfast selections are limited compared to other embassy suites I've stayed in the past, but was still good. Room was clean, bed was comfy and I loved the extra sink/mirror in the room (in addition to the bathroom.

Free water was not served in the breakfast area throughout the day.
