The location near to bars and sea, the apartment was spacious very clean and had everything and more that we needed

Nothing to do with the complex but next door on an open type rubbish strew area there were lots of vagrant cardboard dwellings. And a few beggars outside the Hyper Dino everyday.

Very spacious apt with big balcony , pool area lovely , very peaceful and relaxing , a bit of a walk to center of los Cris but a few bars /restaurants beside it so not stuck for a nice bite to eat or a drink and music

Very dark apt, too dark for my liking ,no sun on balcony at all during day and only a tiny corner that sun shone on late in evening

Good amount of space in the apartment plus large terraces with great views, comfy beds and no noise from nearby bars with music. Shops, restaurants, bars are within few mins walk and easy parking. Kids loved the pool and even in January was swimmable (heated pool). Nice restaurant by the pool with good food, drinks and reasonable prices.

Loose main door to the appartment make noise during windy nights. Couch has it's best times well behind and fully equiped kitchen missed basic dishwashing products.

Good location, at the end of the bay so nice and quiet everything is a short walk and the staff are brilliant.

Was not made aware by booking.com that you have to pay for your sunbeds daily, having stayed in Tenerife numerous times never have we been charged for sunbeds at a hotel or apartments, luckily there were only 3 of us but a large family on a budget this could be a major problem and costly with limited finances

The apartments are located at the eastern end of Los Christianos in a quiet residential area. The nearest restaurants and bars are just outside the complex along with a couple of well stocked supermarkets. A 10/15 minute leisurely walk gets you to the busier beach area with the many restaurants and bars. Its about a 15 minute walk from the bus station. (Tip - Mainly downhill on arrival , mainly uphill on departure ! Consider a taxi if you are not a confident walker. Bus 40 runs regularly from the airport to Los Christianos and costs only 3.20 Euros as opposed to a 30 Euro taxi ride. the bus is airconditioned and takes about 25 minutes). I've stayed in apartments in the vicinity but this was by far the best. The apartment and complex were spotless with cleaning regimes apparent. Walk in shower in the bathroom, powerful and always hot. Kitchen had everything you need , electric cooker, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, cutlery and crockery. However, with a very reasonable and friendly poolside café/restaurant on site I didn't prepare any food in the apartment. Living area was furnished with sofa's, TV ( Not used ), and a lovely patio area that was far bigger than I needed. Bedroom had a comfy double bed, ceiling fan, cupboards and drawers. Shutters kept out the morning sun but could be easily opened. Pool was warm, clean and had a life guard stationed during the day. Sunbeds if you wanted them were a couple of euros a day. WiFi was free throughout the complex with a good signal. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, happy to book taxis for you etc. I paid a very reasonable price for this 4 night stay and it will be top of my list again when I return next spring. I am a man, in his fifties , who travelled solo with a married couple of a similar age.

The complex is surrounded by quiet residential roads. I was awoken once or twice by cars starting up and leaving but nothing serious

Amazing apartment good value for money. The location was excellent to.

Just needed air con as was really warm of a night and had no air con so had to open the windows but was still really warm.

Very relaxed, great sized apartment for a family. We have 4 kids and stayed in a three bed. There were 2 balconies with views of the sea. Close to small supermarket for all bits and pieces, but also just a few minutes walk from the beach strip at Los Cristianos. Kids enjoyed the pool. Small beach (stoney and wavy so not really for swimming but good for a relax or some yoga) along with small cliff walk right across the road. Airport transfer organised by staff was perfect. Plenty of parking for rental car. Good base to get sun and warmth while exploring rest of island like Anaga, Teide, Masca and some quieter beaches.

the pool is nice. although it was supposed to be heated, but wasn’t. the hot tub was cold and not heated.

had to pay 15 euros per week for the safety deposit box. have to pay 2 euros for a poolside chair and 2 euros for an umbrella.

Staff was very helpful, apartements big. Nice and warm pool. Good restaurants and bars in proximity. Comfort parking inside the residence.

Free hanging electric cables and stink in outside hallway to the rooms. Kitchen was not very well equiped.

Great apartment, with pool view. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. The heated pool was great as was the location and proximity to local bars, restaurants, shops etc. The yound lady on reception was especially helpful when it came to getting some fans for the room, she was also very nice when it came to arranging the laundry service. We enjoyed the apartments and they were very well maintained and clean. Thanks

Although not part of the hotel and nothing to do with the people that run the apartments, I found the on site bar owner to be rude and agressive. His attitude made us not want to eat/drink in the bar, we avoided it from our 2nd day onwards. Pity, as we would of gladly spent most of our breakfast time eating there. I understand the ICE is not free, but there was no need to attack me in front of the other guests over some ICE, I had only asked, and was still trying to get familiar with rules of the place.
