I arrived after booking an inside view of garden. Was placed into a room literally over hvac system. We told front desk and gave reservation and details we were given. She insisted I was wrong still. Another woman came up however and saw same and said you are correct and we are sorry. We were moved and given a discount. That said we were moved to a corner room and barely could see inside lol It was beautiful inside room however and comfortable. Entire place was so it worked out.

Staff at front desk only needs a little help, they seemed to be over worked or simply not happy.

Location was perfect and rooms were nice!

Bought the package with breakfast included. Then went to order the breakfast from the door hanger (only said I would be charged $5 for delivery) no charges listed on the "menu". I assumed this was the included breakfast as everywhere else I have stayed the menu stated the charges next to menu items and it only said on hanger that there was a delivery charge. Spoke with the manager who was not helpful at all. Just confirmed I bought the breakfast package but denied that this was the same service and breakfast. HIGHLY DOUBT they make 2 different breakfasts for people who order to room vs go down but that's what he insisted was the difference. So essentially I paid $50 for breakfast and then also the breakfast package when I booked the room.

Location, easy check in/out, lots of elevators, comfortable bed, and close to restraunts and shopping.

The shower wasn't clean when we checked in or the hallway. Don't get a room with a column, it takes up so much of the room. Valet was also rude to us about unloading and parking but if you want people use vallet it should cost the same or less than self park. Also room key stopped working and engineering said they weren't sure when could fix. Was fixed within the hour of us eating dinner but we couldn't change clothes or shower before hand because of the key situation.

The hotel its self was beautiful the location was outstanding the staff was very friendly lots of nearby restaurants /bar/rooftop. The people's great atmosphere was just wonderful.

No microwave in the room it was where the ice machine was and our room was a good little walk from it did like the bathroom door.

Great location downtown easy walk to shops and restaurants! The hotel bar and restaurant were good. We enjoyed Sunday brunch it was pricey but food was really good. The staff was friendly and welcoming! We forgot our umbrella and the front staff loaned us 2 to use while going out to dinner. Parking garage or valet parking available. In room breakfast available at cost we did not use but nice to have that option

I had a double king room. It was very nice and roomy. The bed was comfortable, and the view of the lower lobby area was nice.

Hot water in the shower was weak. It would get warm at best. I like a hot shower. My colleagues experienced the same in their rooms. For the price of the room and the size, I would have liked to have a more comfortable chair to sit and relax in.

This is a property for everyone kids include. There is so much to do . This time of year they had all the beautiful Christmas trees up out on display for you to check out . There’s quite a few restaurants in the hotel as well as throughout town there was plenty .

Parking was quite confusing. But there is plenty . If you don’t mind the walk . Do self parking for $7 bucks a day versus trying to wait on valet service to get you .

We liked the location and how easy it was to get to things by walking . Being able to walk downtown and get what we needed and never had to leave the hotel. The staff was all friendly and helpful .

I felt like breakfast should have been free each morning as much as you pay to stay . I feel they should have had a continental Breakfast. Breakfast was expensive and the prices for the juice and coffee were too high in my opinion. We had to pay over 50 dollars just to eat Breakfast . That is too high to me for Breakfast.

Comfortable chaise lounge in room (first place I migrated to after long trip), pillows, bed, TV, walking access to wonderful Main Street, friendly helpful staff throughout building, easy access to ice machine, good bathroom supplies and shower, convenient side entry with temporary vehicular access to luggage cart for off-loading and loading back up our car, background jazz music in lobby lending to getaway atmosphere, glass elevators offering fantastic interior views of hotel coming and going (both up and down), interesting helpful array of literature about Greenville and surrounding area available in lobby, feeling "special" from arrival to bittersweet departure back into the real world.

View overlooking ugly rooftops and pavement, $4 water, worn hall carpet, paying extra for parking. My bf complained the refrigerator didn't properly chill bottles of water and drinks we had brought. I thought they were OK but didn't see a way to turn down the temperature. I wish there were newspapers as hotels offered guests in the past but understand they're also terribly expensive these days.

Staff was great, room was SPACIOUS, and the downtown location was perfect. As an added bonus, every Friday night Greenville hosts a festival with live music and vendors right outside the hotel.

The hotel registration/booking server was down over 24 hours, so check-in was a fiasco. However, the staff was excellent and went out of their way to accommodate impatient guests.
