staff - 5 stars, but they work in a 4 star hotel :):( hence the problems, they are happy to help, but apparently the policy of the hotel is to try to minimize costs :( the safe has been broken for 5 years, so they didn’t do it to us :) liquid soap and shampoo were not replenished, ... BUT! excellent restaurant and breakfast, excellent management at the reception! all in all good :)

Our air-conditioner wasn't working ad wasn't the fridge we hesitated to make a fuss but we needed a good night's sleep for our next morning long drive. The young man didn't hesitate to upgrade us to a more appropriate room. The transition was smooth.

In our upgraded room the shampoo etc wasn't attached to the wall , it fell and lacerated my leg there was blood and cuts. I asked for a Bandai at the front desk and received it with an apology..

The Room was a good size with very comfortable beds and lots of space for me and my children. The staff were very friendly and approachable.

As we had an oversized vehicle it would not fit in the hotel parking. We were directed to another local parking facility but did not realise that we would then have to pay an additional 30 Euros for 24 hour parking. This was not visible on any of the hotel information that we received.

The night staff when we arrived were very accommodating and kind Everything was clear and understood from the moment we arrived. One of the ladies even returned my sons sweater to our room after dinner as he left it on the chair Check in and Check out were simple Would return any time

The restaurant food didn’t have many kid friendly options but we made do with what was available Breakfast was easier for my kids to be able to eat

I stayed there as my mum was in the local hospital at the end of our Xmas skiing holiday and ended up extending the stay by 2 days. The staff were amazing, so helpful and their English was brilliant, much better than my French ! Liloo the receptionist was extremely helpful and ordered our Taxi to the airport which was one less thing for me to worry about. 10 / 10 fir everything. Thank you.

If you are travelling to/from Grenoble by train this is an extremely conveniently located hotel. Just a couple of minutes walk from the station across a pedestrianised piazza.

Nothing to comment negatively on. The staff we encountered were all very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Well located , a stones throw from the station. Friendly staff. Our request for rooms to be close together was granted and we were offered interconnecting rooms which worked well for us. The food was of good quality and served quickly . Would stay again

Breakfast was a little chaotic as we arrived after a rush, and there were no cups , plates and saucers, or knives and spoons This made accessing what we needed quite difficult as the staff were rushing around and for a time no one was available. Once we had obtained crockery , the breakfast itself was great quality

The fact that we had to go through the station which was closed sometimes very early. The area was a little bit deserted and one night we had to take a cab to go to the main entrance.

The check out process was long and the account was incorrect ,the costs were meant to be E223.60 and E220.80(booking numbers 2903.929.433 and 2527.280.450) =E444.40 but were charged aus$811.16 approx E562...as we were in a rush to catch a train I just paid it and the reception staff gave me the invoice with half the numbers missing w no totals for me to check even now!

the room, excellent service - especially Louis, breakfast and other meals. Location is great - right next to the train and bus stations and to many restaurants.
