Lovely apartment, spectacular view, very clean. Came to spend here weekend for my 30th birthday. Views though apartment are to die for.
In description it said there is a hairdryer so I didn't bring my own. But unfortunately hairdryer wasn't provided in the apartment and when I asked question through booking.com messages it was ignored. Also we booked breakfast included and paid for it but there was no breakfast at all. After we arrived we received a message that breakfast is Monday to Friday but we stayed during the weekend. Also I asked through booking.com messages what will happen with breakfast because it is included in our reservation and it is paid for, but again my message was ignored. I didn't received refund for the breakfast which wasn't provided.

The unit is beautiful, architecturally interesting and location great, restaurant on top beautiful!, with amazing view of the city.
Too many E mails received, did not have the code..after a day of driving standing in the lobby asking strangers to help ( all very nice ) but they could not. At the end one person with same problem had a phone No. and that person on the phone got us in. This is unacceptable, there should be somebody in the building. To help in those cases with a phone No. published clearly at the door outside ! If you rent to people as a Hotel you must assume that not all are completely computer savvy or that everything will go smoothly. We had a very tense hour outside, ready to leave and look for another hotel late in the eve. We understand the aim to save on costs, but there must be a limit to this. Otherwise great place (. Get the city to resurface the road…). Abe Jacob Ottawa Canada

The hotel is in a great location. It is quite a way up the hill, so if you have issues walking it may seem daunting. Although, there is a free golf cart shuttle service that will take you up and down from street level. The bed was not comfortable, tbh. But, what it lacked in comfort, the room made up for in darkness and silence. I slept like a log. The apartment was otherwise comfortable and convenient, and the facilities in the hotel are impeccable. However, the restaurant was closed when we wanted to go as there were Christmas and New Year’s parties going on.
The bed, as mentioned before.

Location is ABOVE Grenoble - so a fabulous view over the city. The cable car 'bubbles' literally go over the top of this building and it feels as if it is built into the mountainside. Several tricky hair-bend corners on the road to reach it - but we managed it, even in a wide American car! Very glad there is not too much traffic on it, or it could be harder meeting oncoming vehicles. Parking worked well - it is outside / uncovered but there seemed to be enough spaces nearby, without any issues. I walked into town from this block twice - and took a 'short cut' of the stairs by the museum down to the Lion Fountain /Irish pub by the river - but there are 261 stone steps so not good if you have a heart condition I'd suggest! Or children...... The accomodation do have a golf buggy that you can ring with 15 minutes notice and get a lift up or down the maintain to Quai Perrier - during it's hours of operation. It reduced those hours on a sunday and monday, but a lovely and helpful FREE service- thank you. We also used UBER as a taxi, and got a food delivery once from Uber Eats - very efficient when we were out of other options. We were in a studio apartment for 4 nights. Nice attempt to divide the bed from the living area - but it is a glass partion BEST BLACKOUT curtains I have ever experienced - really thoughtful design on this and I was hugely impressed. Kitchen was galley style with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge / freezer compartment. Note no oven. Well equipped and lovely weight to the cutlery. (Did I say I was a details person).... Staff were helpful when one of us was sick and we wanted an extra set of bedding. Secure access to the building meant that once you have navigated the lock box to retrieve it, and use the lift to get to the floor of your room, you then need that key card to get to the corridor with the rooms and then into the room. The rooftop bar restaurant is on the fourth floor (called Ciel I think).
Our studio apartment meant that although it was a double bed, you could only get in it from one side. Not a big issue - just inconvenient, especially when one of us was feeling sick. The dining table was a small circular one - again, not a big issue for 2 of us to eat at, but really not practical for 2 of us to use laptops at! We were not feeling well enough to use the gym on the first floor! Not the fault of the apartment block but a couple had a storming row at 02:45 am Sunday morning for over an hour - and we could hear it but not understand the french! Our room was on the 3rd floor and under the restaurant - so lots of furniture was moved as they cleaned late at night / early morning

Excellent accommodation, but at first disappointed there was no parasol. As it happened we had very overcast skies for most of our 10 day stay in June. Otherwise the accommodation was excellent. We were VERY disappointed that the restaurant/bar was used for private functions on so many of the 10 nights we stayed. The roof top bar and restaurant with it's stunning views was part of the reason we paid so much monet to stay here! It seemed to be closed to us on just about every evening we had planned to go. We were told that the restaurant and accommodation are 2 completely separately run businesses. Well, I think this should be pointed out to guests before booking. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT to us, especially as we paid over £1600 for 10 nights. I must say the accommodation staff were wonderful and I think felt a bit sorry for us. We had electrics problems on at least 5 occasions which was a bit disappointing, but after lots of apologies we were refunded £41 which I suppose made up fir it. I suggest if you are booking these wonderful apartments check in advance if the restaurant will actually be open to you! We are both in our 60s, but quite fit and that long climb up the steps to the accommodation kept us fit. We only used the navette once in the rain
Restaurant bar wasn't open on the nights we wanted to either have a drink or meal. It was closed solely for private functions on many evenings during our 10 night stay. We weren't told about this before booking and we booked the most expensive accommodation. Hugely disappointing.

Old building transformed into a co-living space. Another term for apartment style living. Great room quality with everything in one space, full kitchen, laundry in your room and the obvious amenity such as a full bathroom. Key car access to your specific floor which is nice. Office space area, and gym which is pretty good. Top floor had a small restaurant with a great view overlooking the town and river walk area.
The road leading to the complex is a challenge. Steep incline in narrow two way traffic road, people walking or biking or using E-scooters. It’s a challenge but doable and worth the effort. The complex is a nice place to visit if you are in Grenoble for an extended period for sure.

It’s a very nice place to stay. The building also houses a restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner. We preferred breakfast because the restaurant offers a wonderful view! The gym and a coworking space are also available, both with great views. There’s ample parking and the location is excellent!
We booked the apartment with the mountain view, but unfortunately our windows faced the other side, so we didn’t have the view in our apartment. Also, it was not very comfortable that the sleeping bed was very close to the exit door.

The location was perfect for us as we wanted a place where we can start our hikes from. The view was spectacular. It was easy to get into the building, which is nicely renovated. The whole place is newly decorated, clean and very well equipped, perfect for a couple. Although there was no staff present, the communication through messages was quick and fluent.
There was an unkept, neglected building right next to the place, which was a bit off putting, although I assume they will renovate that too. The breakfast was a bit bland, it would have been nice to have a bit more selection.

Location on a hill overlooking Grenoble and the French alps was marvelous. Comfortable, spacious apartment, well furnished and very clean. Breakfast on the balcony on the top floor with views over the mountains was a real treat. We also had dinner at the same 4th floor restaurant which was very good and very good value. On our arrival, a bottle of wine awaited us in the fridge along with 2 free passes for 2 glasses of wine in the restaurant. Free parking in front of the building. Great value. Would absolutely stay again if we return to Grenoble.
Naturally, because the building is on a hill, you will need to walk down into town, although a shuttle service is provided on request (we didn't use the shuttle, we walked up and down the stairs into town.) Not a negative comment, just worth mentioning if you have mobility issues.

The room is very spacious, clean, and has an incredible view of the city, with large windows that maximize the experience. It also includes other amenities, such as a small adjoining living area with a sofa and TV, as well as a kitchen/laundry area, which can be very useful, especially for longer stays. The bathroom was very comfortable with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent and well-served, in the restaurant located on the rooftop of the accommodation, offering another stunning view of the city.
The service is fully automated, with no direct interaction with staff, which can be inconvenient if you have any questions, though a phone is provided for contact. The location is great for the beautiful view, but it is situated on a steep hill, making it challenging to walk up or down. To address this, the accommodation offers a free golf cart service for going up and down during operating hours, which in the summer is from 8:30 AM to 10:30 PM.
