The riad is absolutely beautiful and the staff couldn't be more helpful! Our room was cleaned every day and made spotless. The beds were very comfortable and there was aircon in the room too. There is always tea, coffee, and cake available in the lobby. The riad is kept nice and cool, which is great coming out of the hot Moroccan sunshine! Yusef was very kind and helpful, coming to meet us at the drop off point and took our bags for us. Gave us some do's and don'ts of the local area and set us up on the riads WhatsApp, in case we got lost or needed any help. The riad is about 10 min walk from the main square and 2 min walk from the hussle and bussle of a street market but the riad itself is on a very quiet street and is great to relax after a long day of shopping and adventure! There is also a beautiful rooftop terrace to sit and relax on with comfortable sun loungers. I would highly recommend this riad and will definitely stay here again as it is in a very central location and the staff were all brilliant.

I loved my stay as a female solo traveller at Riad Manissa. The staff were friendly, it was easy to find and most of all I always felt safe as it was in a very busy area. Just a 30 second walk from one of the many bustling Souks in the city. The Jewish Quarter was at the bottom of the Main Street and the famous Jemaa El-Fnaa Square at the top. Lots of places to eat nearby or grab a drink (alcohol) I would recommend the Dar Essalam rooftop or the amazing La Pergola Rooftop Jazz Bar.

The property is so picturesque, I was constantly taking pictures from varying angles. It’s also perfectly located, close enough to the souks but far enough that you don’t hear any noise from them a night, only noise heard sometimes was from people inside the riad itself. There are also two lovely rooftops which we always found empty so we always had them to ourselves. The staff is SO incredibly nice. Welcoming, friendly, giving tips where you need them and so flexible. We have lovely breakfast to go when one of our activities started prior to breakfast being served. Even the cleaning staff was lovely. Couldn’t recommend it enough. There were some works being carried out at the front entrance but even that didn’t take away from our experience. If we go back to Marrakech we’ll be staying here again. Thank you Abdul and team!

location, close to taxi drop for Madina (once we found the place) however staff explained really well how to locate once we checked in. staff lovely, service from them were fab, breakfast good, room clean, AC worked well, pretty perfect, 24 hour reception, let us keep our bags there after check out, would recommend this for a central stay location.

We had a ground floor room, next to the kitchen, although the staff wasn't noisy, would have preferred floor one room, room was however very clean and tidy. Was some building maintenance ongoing in the entrance, this did not effect our stay. perhaps put a sign on the main door to help with finding correct location?

The staff were very helpful and professional, especially Yusef. Breakfast was great. Location was great. Foyer area is lovely and traditional. We were greeted at arrival by Yusef and offered tea and cake which was very much appreciated as we arrived hot and exhausted. There is a lovely terrace to relax in with views over Marrakesh. Also in indoor pool with lovely ceramics.

My room was on the terrace and quite isolated, but the only one available at the time of booking. It really needed an upgrade, the door had gaps I could see light through and was very flimsy. The shower had mould in the corners. The toilet was in a cupboard and cramped- some people might think that quirky, but it really wasn’t 😕

Great location, 6 mins walk to the main square with plenty of shops along the way! Also 2 mins walk away from a traditional hamam! Clean and authentic Riad. Amazing owners and staff, really warm hearted people and extremely helpful. Breakfast was simplistic but very nice and traditional! Very nice terrace to relax and catch some sun

We had the room with the terrace. The shower cubicle and toilet are not separated and are within the actual bedroom. The toilets have a folded doors that have gaps, there no real privacy. There is just a long see through curtain to create a separation. Also the double bed is slanted, significant dip on one side of the bed which was not the most comfortable.

Hassan and the staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating, the riad itself is beautiful, the rooms were decorated lovely, the breakfast was typical Moroccan, breads, honey, marmalade and eggs, all fresh

The only negative was one of the rooms was overlooking the side street which had continuous noise all through the night from motorbikes and handcarts, luckily we were moved after the 3td night to an inside room which was lovely and quiet, the only other negative was the website says the riad has a bar, however it doesn't, Hassan explained this was an error, it wasnt an issue as there are plenty of places locally for a drink

Everything was great! The staff was super helpful and kind, giving us tips and recommendations. The riad and the room was comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was nice. Also it’s in a great location: close to the heart of the Medina but hidden in a quiet spot. We would definitely recommend Riad Manissa. Pure warm hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and perfectly placed with its own terrace. Our room was spotlessly clean and well resourced. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful with directions and advice about where to go. We definitely intend to return!

There was genuinely nothing that we would have wanted to improve. The Road was also in a great position, just on the edge of the markets and old town etc. There are also excellent local restaurants within very easy reach.
