Enjoyed the dining and sitting area as we were able to sit around and play cards and socialize. We were staying for a few nights to await another flight and to try and get over a little bit of jet lag. Staff were great. Breakfast was excellent. Good location near airport with shuttle service.

Room set up. Did not enjoy the shower in the middle of the room with only a curtain. Room was a bit small with very little room to place suitcases and larger items. Floors were not as clean as I'd like.

Everything was beautiful and we'll kept and clean. Food was really good and the service staff always had a smile. Location is close to OR Tambo airport. Shuttle service was an experience and overall I would stay over again.

Unfortunately being so close to the highway and the planes, the hotel can do with a bit of better soundproofing as we did come from a place that was dead quiet. But overall that is something I trust is difficult to change due to location. My wife was forced to wear shoes at the dinning area which is understandable. But the way it needs to be directed could be asked a bit less like someone is going to die if she doesn't wear shoes. But overall that was our preference. It's a beautiful hotel and it's a definite spot to stay if you are passing through.

I really enjoyed my stay. The shuttle service was extremely convenient, running every half an hour from and to the airport during the day (can be arranged as needed after hours as well). The room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I ordered room service for dinner, very easy to order, fast service and a lovely meal. My room was quiet and dark with the curtains closed, and I had a fantastic sleep! All staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. The price was fantastic compared to other hotels near the airport. I will definitely stay here again in the future when travelling through Joburg.

Everything overall was perfect for me! The people working there were all friendly, helpful and nice. Everyone talks so nicely to you, I mean you really don’t get that often around Europe, so I was impressed. Even though the airport was just across the street and the highway right there, it was still quiet and I slept like a baby. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was also rich and looked good, but I didn’t eat a lot myself, as I usually skip breakfast in my everyday life. So I would recommend!

Maybe just the floors in the rooms could be a bit cleaner, but it’s not a big deal.

The bed was comfortable and the overall stay was good given the price. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was given a late checkout given the departure time of my flight The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the muscles and hamburger. The overall price for food was good. The complimentary water and champagne upon check-in/check-out were well received, The free airport shuttle was appreciated

Breakfast was not included in the price The wifi did not work initially, and I had to return to the front desk for assistance The mini fridge did not work well, the shelves were not secure, and it appeared that someone spilled coffee or tea in the refrigerator, and it was not cleaned well. There were also no washcloths available in the bathroom. There were no ribs on the menu

The hotel stuff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well kept and clean. The bed is so comfortable. The room is quite specious. The hotel offers a buffet for breakfast which is packed with so many food choices. I liked how the chef came to check on us at our table, that was really sweet. The airport shuttle service was always on time and this made it easy to get to the airport on time. And the drivers are very helpful and will help you bring your bags up to your room.

We didn’t get to eat at the restaurant as the prices seemed very high and expensive.

It was a real surprise how modern and clean this hotel was. All staff were very friendly and the dinner and breakfast we paid for were very tasty. We were able to pay for late check out until 6pm, which is the longest I have ever come across! This was great as our flight home was an evening flight! The shuttle to the terminal were very reliable and ran for the majority of the day - which was great!

Our shower kept having flashes of cold water and our TV would not connect to Netflix/other streaming apps. Normally we wouldn't watch TV, but we paid for late check out so we could hang out in the the room until our flight home. We found the variety of food in the breakfast buffet to be great - but it was a little overpriced.

I used the shuttle service from the airport and my bags were delivered all the way into my room , I was very impressed! The room was clean and had a kettle with coffee and tea and all the necessary amenities.

The nozzle for the hairdryer was broken so I couldn't use it. Also, you can hear the noise from the passage through the door very easily. Unfortunately I had neighbors who were chatting in the corridor late at night and it disrupted my rest. Not the hotel's fault however, but an observation never the less.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in, though we were a bit early, happened on time, room was mostly nice and clean and decor was very interesting, I liked it. Bed was very comfortable and the glass bottle with clean water was highly appreciated. Breakfast was super, thanks.

Room - there was a pill from a previous visitor on my night table slid 1/2 way under the glass ... not good! The bagage bench had a screw missing thus was broken - not an issue and I did report it when we left, but not something you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
