We loved the heritage Thai design of the resort, the lush garden boardwalk through the resort, the large koi fish pond and the convenient pool access from our suite. Staff were very helpful and responded to our requests right away. Room was spacious and clean. Location was only a 5 mins taxi ride to Old Chiang Mai and the resort's affiliated restaurant across the street was superb.

Generally a great experience so no major complaints. Just wished their indoor hydro pool was open to guests without needing to book a spa package as the outdoor pool water was quite cold.

Our hotel, Rarinjinda Wellness and Spa, was located next to the Ping River and we arrived at the height of overflowing waters from the large river. Airport hotel transfer brought us safely to the hotel lobby even though the service road was flooded. From that moment onwards, we were greatly impressed by the high level of care and service exhibited by hotel GM Khun Phonlawat & his staff. They went all out to make sure that we were well looked after like little things such as prompt room service (always with a smile) to fetching us at night after we were stranded and unable to secure grab transport due to heavy rain and restricted access to the hotel because of heavy flooding. So we wish to thank Khun Phonlawat & his team for making our stay pleasantly memorable and we would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to spend quality time in Chiangmai.

The room was spacious and luxurious, with a large bathroom that has both a tub and a shower that would fit two. There was a large, open window between the bathroom and the living facilities, which gave the room a very open and large feeling. The balcony has a nice view of the inner portion of the hotel, with the pool in the center. There was a gym as well.

The pool wasn’t heated and the hotel itself blocked the sun’s rays, so it was really cold. Also, there was very little room for guests to stay at the pool, unless you have a room on ground level, then you have direct access to the pool from your own patio. The gym was very, very basic.

Great location, waking distance to the night market and the old city, about 17 mint to night market and 12 min to Walrorot market and then another 17 min to the old city 40 minute walk to Central Festival which is the mall The laundry facilities are located about 25 minute walking-Super Wash- highly recommended Staff is pleasant

Amazing hospitality from all the staff in the hotel and the restaurant. Spacious room. The bed is very comfortable for a good night sleep. Love the day bed in the balcony. Location is a short grab ride away from the old city meaning it’s not chaotic. It’s peaceful and quiet. Food from the Deck One restaurant is top quality.

Whilst the quality of food in breakfast is pretty good, more variety will be appreciated both from the menu as well as the buffet. Gym can use some refurbishment with more weights and newer machines.

I have lived in Chiang Mai for 6 years but somehow never noticed this hidden gem. We had an amazing and romantic stay for our anniversary which this hotel is perfect for. The General Manager Meow and his amazing staff made sure that we had everything we needed. Very friendly and polite. The swimming pool is beautiful and big, the rooms are specious and smell very nice. The spa and hydropool are really nice too! There is complementary fruit and water. And also they have lovely Australian bubbles on request. We felt like a king and queen under the general managers supervision. He is a kind person that helps the staff perform at its best so that they can shine. Breakfast is really good especially if you compare it to other 4 and 5 star hotels in Thailand. You get a set + there is a great eggstation (with loads of cheese) + fresh cold pressed juices + bread and the most delicious little desserts that change every day and a lot more. Every day started with a breakfast party :-) Best pandan custard I've ever had and loved the freshly made Hong Kong waffles too. The guard is super friendly and even gave me my favourite fruit one day (gooseberries). Always a huge smile! If you have a chance to go here you should. We will definitely be back. Just be aware that you don't plan many other things as you kind of don't want to leave the hotel while staying here! Little note for the people that don't want to leave the hotel as the beds are so comfy. They even have Netflix! Thank you again General Manager Meow and all of the lovely staff! See you next year :-) Tip: There are nice restaurants and coffeeshops around also some great places to have a drink at night at the river. Definitely try the coconut pie at บ้านเปี่ยมสข (Baan Piam Sook)! Also food at Deck 1 restaurant that belongs to the hotel is very good.

Great location, nice and quiet across the road from the river. Rooms were spacious and kept clean, bed was comfy & pool was crystal clear. Great selection of foods for breakfast and the catering staff were exceptional, couldn’t do enough for you. A short 10 min walk to night market for shopping or a quick tuk tuk ride to old city - plenty to see and discover in this area.

The fitness centre/gym was disappointing. Not a great variety of equipment and wasn’t maintained - frayed cables and unsteady benches are an accident waiting to happen.

Location: The property is close to the city and the airport. It is a 10-minute walking distance from the closest night market and shopping street. There are a few pubs, eating joints, etc., across the street, so I would rate it very high on the location bit. Breakfast: Breakfast is served across the street in the restaurant and its really good. One shouldn't expect a large spread of options that seem pleasing to the eye. You will find everything one needs for a good breakfast to kick start the day along with a main course dish that needs to be ordered from the menu. Room: Make sure to book the room with hydrotherapy or massage options. The facilities are really good and we tried hydrotherapy and its very relaxing. Guests get 1 coupon/ person for hydrotherapy every day which allows you to relax every day for an hour. The room needs some lighting, its soothing to have a seemingly dark room but we struggled to find stuff in the luggage at times. Pool-facing rooms are recommended and have a nice balcony. Property & Staff: The property is a decent size, while we weren't there at the peak of tourist season it does seem the right size for peak season. They have a shuttle service to and fro from the airport, also provide free shuttle service to the city but they have scheduled timings for the free service. The staff is excellent and service-oriented and we were made to feel very comfortable during our stay. Wellness Services: Do try one of their massages, we tried the aroma massage and it was one of the best ones we have had so far.

Room lighting can be better but otherwise, the property, staff, and services are perfect.

Location. We had difficulty getting grab to pick us. Perhaps because it was one of the areas affected by flooding. They kept cancelling our booking. And when we called the hotel, they told us to call another grab! We called for over an hour before someone finally picked us. The hotel should have sent a car. However upon arrival the hotel manager apologized and upgraded our room and arrange returned transfers to airport for us. Rest of the stay was excellent
