Small apartment very well equipped, quiet building in a residential area. Comfortable bed and everything very clean. Self check-in is simple but make sure to screenshot all the instructions while on wifi. They have alot of rules to follow inside the apartment, as expected in Japanese culture. The host was very responsive to all my questions and doubts. They helped alot.

Nothing comes to mind, it all went well from check in to check out.

The location was great, right near a train station making it easy to navigate the city. The room is very small, as most are in Japan but we thought it added to the experience, there was enough room to move around and store our luggage comfortably. The shower pressure was great, the bed was very comfortable and the balcony was nice. There is a washing machine and the bathroom has a drying heater so you could do laundry. Overall the room was great.

I loved staying in room 103. It had everything I needed. If I ever go back to Tokyo I will definitely stay there again.

The only negative thing was the setting of the furniture in the bedroom. I would have arranged things differently in the way that there was easy access to the balcony. But apart that it was AMAZING, better than my own flat! I wish I could have that back in London.

It was a great little apartment located close to 2 train stations on different lines, restaurants and convenience stores. There was a nice local 'buzz' in the streets close by which had a great atmosphere. Our son, daughter-in-law and grandsons stayed in the Nestay family apartment upstairs. This was so convenient because we were in the same building, but had our own spaces.

Maybe a removable board over the sink would create some bench space. Also maybe, a clothes pole and more hangers would help for dryng washing.

Clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Only a 5 minute walk to the subway , and we could be at any of the touristy locations in Tokyo within 40 minutes of leaving the apartment.

Space, facilities.

Not as convenient as other locations. Fewer convenience stores with less choice around. Instructions could be friendlier. But toilet is cramped.

Room had everything I needed including some small details like batteries and a pair of scissors. Directions for arrival and check in via email were very clear and I had no trouble with that.

The room is quite close to some subway station. Small but with everything that you could need. Easy check in.

There is automatic check in, so no one over there. Room wasn't so clean.

The location is great. A little off the beaten path, in a residential area. A tiny slice of life in Tokyo :)
