The hotel is located 20 minutes from the center, there is a tram station near the hotel. We had free transportation from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast is varied, dinner is served three times a day. My recommendation is to take half board. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are decently decorated, but the soundproofing is poor. All conversations can be heard from the next room.

Everything was AWESOME from start to finish. I came here for a break and the service I received was more than amazing. The shuttle driver couldn't come to the airport to pick me up but they immediately contacted me to let me know and offered me to cover my airport taxi. During check-in, I unexpectedly received a room upgrade which was fantastic. The staff are extremely helpful and super friendly (whether reception, restaurant, breakfast, housekeeping). The room was super clean and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was really good as well with lots of different options. The train station is also just a walking distance from the hotel. It was also really nice from the staff to agree to give me a late check-out. I totally recommend.

Nothing negative to say apart that I got bitten all over my body by mosquitoes. Apparently the swimming pool area is infested of them but that's not something the hotel can really do. It's not the hotel's fault, it's just nature.

In my opinion, the hotel looks outdated from the outside, but inside everything is clean, everything works, daily cleaning, the pool is clean and spacious, there is a restaurant. we had a room for three and we had good air conditioning and a refrigerator, there was no safe. The soundproofing of the room is quite good 4 nights We slept well and also liked that. If you have a question about the room number or any problem, then you can send an SMS to the reception and they will immediately resolve this issue. This is cool. From our experience, we realized that it is better to order a taxi at the reception and not use apps; it turns out cheaper; we needed to get to the fiera di roma. also they have a shuttle several times a day to Fiera di Roma

It was uncomfortable for us that we did not have safes in our room, but we noticed that some rooms have a safe. There are no shops or restaurants or places to go around, we chose this hotel because we needed to get to the Fiera di Roma

The hotel is in a quiet place and is also neat and comfortable.I loved how everyone around did mind their own business.I enjoyed my stay with my mum who was visiting Rome for the papal audience and my daughter.

Room service calls were quite slow especially for the restaurant.Had to go down to the restaurant with my aged mum each time we wanted a meal because the restaurant wasn’t responding to calls.This can be improved.

Breakfast included was excellent. Not many places around to eat, so recommend getting breakfast deal.

Some of the fitness equipment was not working, which made it very limited. Pool was being renovated, but they did offer a pool close by to use.

Our stay was simply superb! The receptionists were welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, offering a peaceful retreat in Parco dei Medici while still being conveniently close to Rome's attractions. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and elegant. We highly recommend Hotel Holiday Parco dei Medici Roma for a memorable stay in Rome.

Easy and quick check in and out. Very good breakfast. Big rooms. Kind staff. Not far from the airport. Big swimming pool.

The hotel is in a business area so there are no restaurants and cafes around it. The only option is to eat inside the hotel but you need to make reservation because it is busy. Otherwise, you can order from the restaurant but eat in an area outside the restaurant which is a nice area. There is room service. It is far from the city, but the hotel has a shuttle bus from/to metro stations in the city and to the airport as well. Check the prices with the hotel. The air conditioning was not working so they moved us immediately to another room.

First the breakfast was excellent especially the coffee is beautifully tasty. The bed was ok but some bed I think needs changing due to getting deep in as it's old or been weary. The bed sheet are very clean the duvet was brand new so was very comfy. Travelling is easy to get a taxi but only when is quite busy you can't find any, but it was ok when we used an app like Uber. Staff I think they need to speak fluent English because sometimes they don't understand what we're looking or what we want. All in all was fine.

When my son got sick and was vomiting perhaps had food poison and we called or I said to the receptionist to call emergency service but it takes 2 hours by the time the ambulance to turned up. And they don't even know how to speak English. Am just glad that my son didn't got worse.

Good size rooms, comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast with lots to choose from. Great staff, especially an older gentlemen working in the breakfast and on the ground floor after breakfast, he was mostly italian speaking but so acommidating, kind and nice towards our 2 year old daughter. He made us extramly happy with our stay at the hotel, everything was very good but he went above and beyond to keep our daughter happy during breakfast and while we were waiting in the reception. Strongly reccomend.

Some of the electric plugs in the room did not work, we did let the reception know when we checked out.

For my American fellow travelers, this is NOT your typical crappy Quality Inn we are used to in the U.S. This is a much more elevated quality and experience that is easily comparable to higher end hotels. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy, and the vibe at the hotel was very nice. And most importantly, the staff and the quality of services were superb. When I had to change the hotel shuttle schedule due to travel plan changes, they offered to pay for a taxi from the airport that got me to the property 3 hours before the previously scheduled shuttle (worth 31 euro). This gave me plenty of time to refresh at the room and eat dinner at their amazing property restaurant, where the food and service were equivalent of what you get at a gourmet restaurant. It's just smart business practice, since I ended up spending much more $$ on property for dinner and left the place a very satisfied customer. I will be coming back when my travels take me via Rome.

Be aware it is about 15 minutes car ride from the airport (so not exactly nearby), and they charge 10 euros for the airport schedule in the morning.
