Room was nice. Kids were free, and there was free breakfast in the morning. Room service was attentive, and it was a quiet location. And they use dove products. Thank you!

The furniture was really dingy and had stains. Not a good look. The room smelled like moist carpet and the shower head had a great amount of calcium build up. Beds were a bit lumpy.

The breakfast was everything my husband wanted and liked. I couldn't eat because of hospital procedures. He said the food was very taste and and everything you could want for a filling and good breakfast was there waiting to put on your plate.

I spent some time in the loby reading and it was COLD. Also would have liked 1 more chair in room.. My husband sat in the only chair and I had to sit on the bed to watch TV.

Everything!! I stayed on the 3rd floor, from entering the property very clean, very spacious. My room was so comfy, they had a mini fridge/ microwave. The bathroom had a beautiful vanity, it also came with shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash / lotion / hand soap. It wasn’t like those small bottles it was hand size and lasted us all weekend.

Breakfast was mid but was better than school breakfast for sure.

Near the freeway for easy access to head out, there are some decent eateries nearby. The staff were nice, accommodating and informative. Bed was soft, room was clean, liked it so much.. it was my second stay, will be staying soon again.

You can hear the big rigs at times but that comes with the easy access to the freeway being near by, no big deal to me.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Josh, who checked me in was a great example of excellence in hospitality.

Parking was a bit confusing. It seems like the parking lot is shared between 3 different hotels, but there are no signs indicating that a permit from either of the 3 hotels is permitted. It would be nice if that was clear.

Basically everything was good the breakfast was wonderful a little trouble with the pancake machine but we ate before it broke down.

The only thing that I really didn't like was the AC heating fan noise that could not be turned off it will keep running and it just a little bit of nag noise but it was okay.

I don't understand why the hotel's management doesn't care about the outside of the building, and how shoddy it looks. There were tons of cigarette butts, rat bait traps all over, irrigation boxes with missing covers and wire pulled out, broken landscape lights, abandoned cars covered with dirt in the front driveway.

Breakfast was good. You can improve by including more vegan options.

I hate the parking fees. You need remove it. It is annoyed because once you book the hotel you're still charged for parking. I hate that kind of service, or hidden fees.

Clean, courtesy of all employees, & love the music outside, along with hot drinks 24/7! Breakfasts are good, too.

Not enuf supplies given. TP was low upon arrival, liquid hand soap was empty, as well as shampoo… empty.

I liked location, affordable, clean , amenities .

I asked for my third day of stayed which was Monday November 21st if I can only have the restroom cleaned and the housekeeper just changed the towels for new ones . She didn’t even care to mop , clean or refill the shampoo , etc . Compare to the other ladies , they were amazing.
