Every staff person,that we had any contact with,was very kind,helpful, and friendly. We had to change rooms and that was absolutely no problem. They responded quickly to the problems that we had with the 2 different rooms. Their hospitality was wonderful.

We were surprised at the pretty high cost of the fairly ordinary breakfast. Maybe the Continental Breakfast should be free, and the larger breakfast a few dollars less. Also, the pillows in both rooms were awful. Lumpy and thin. Had trouble in room 116 regulating the thermostat to deliver a pleasant temperature. It was not cool enough or it too cold. Maybe it needs instructions?

I stayed with my family for one night. The room was clean, particularly the bathroom. The bed was okay, not plush but not uncomfortable either. The parking was free and the staff was friendly. The pool seemed nice and it was heated, but we didn't go inside. Overall, it was a good experience but we stayed for a very short time.

The coffee maker had pods but no water, so we couldn't use it. It would be nice to have complimentary water in the room. The minibar was empty. The bed could be a little more plush. I thought the pet fee was too expensive ($75 per night) so I decided not to bring my dog with me. For the price of the room ($129), the breakfast should've been included (it was $15 per person).

I like that you can check in from the mobile app. I also loved that on the app you have a mobile key to your room. Also, I loved the option to pick what floor and room you want. Their snack store was outstanding. I liked the variety of options. The mini fridge was cold, and the freezer even worked! Was very surprised that my drink froze overnight.

The ac unit probably could use a new filter. The room had a slight damp odor. Didn't like the broken light in the restroom vanity and the mold underneath the little shower ledge.

Every staff member was absolutely wonderful,kind and helpful.The night receptionist helped me get a wheelchair for my husband and even gave me disinfectant wipes to clean it. This was important because he just had surgery.She was very kind.

I felt price could have been better. I needed to check in before 3:00 p.m. (which is extremely late), I was charged $30 to do this even after I explained we were traveling for my husband to have total knee replacement. 2 rooms were available?? ?I felt it was greedy to pay this on top of the already steep price for the area and the room. Also, no breakfast provided although what they had for sale was worse than most hotels that have continental breakfast.Plus, I had soups etc.to make for my husband after surgery but the microwave didn't even work.I had to leave to go try to find food that was o.k. for him to eat. It was very inconvenient !! He could not travel, so it was very nervewracking to do this.

it was a nice facility with a bar and a little mini mart for like 7eleven type items for later night munchies!

it was a little difficult getting a hold of room service. i dislike places that have that $200 refundable deposit. other than that no complaints!

Beds were comfortable, microwave and refrigerator were totally useful, shower had great water pressure, everything was clean and tidy, TV and A/C worked well, there was even tissue and bathroom essentials including a hair dryer that also worked! The venue was close enough to our weekend event at NOS to walk to, but we still decided to drive, as it was a 2 mile walk, and we didn't want to walk back in the middle of the night. The cost of the stay was the only thing that was a little pricey, but to be honest, the stay was well worth it! Will definitely stay here again for all future events in the area.

Really nothing, everything was to our satisfaction. If I were to say something that could use an upgrade, maybe the cozy chair in the corner of the room could have been more plush and cushy, but overall everything was worth the value!

1. i like the easy access to the freeways. 2. I like that there were many places to eat at. 3. Nice clean facility. 4. the coffee pod machine with the variety of coffees & teas was a nice touch! thanks for that. 5. parking was included & that was great! 6. I had interactions with about 10 people from your staff, nobody disappointed. I’m sorry I don’t recall names, but those that where there during my stay & interacted with me from day to night where all amazing.

1. The pillows are way too squishy my head sunk down in them, I suppose I could have asked for better pillows & didn’t even think about that until now, oh well, don’t knock them for that, just open your mouth & ask if you find the same issue. 2. I suggest change the outlets around the bed & desk to outlets with USB ports, keep up the customers needs. 3. Provide recyclable receptacles in the room to have the ability to properly discard of recyclables.

Upscale without being too fussy nice clean room and pleasant staff great lobby snack bar very good food at the restaurant

well I left my bathing suit in the shower to dry and when I called the cleaning staff had already left but that wasn’t the problem I was told I needed to call UPS I needed to provide the shipping label why couldn’t someone just get it put it in an envelope throw it in the mail and bill me for the postage or if they want to send it UPS - UPS will provide the label. I don’t think I should’ve had to do that so I chose just to never mind and I’ll buy myself another one it was a lot easier to do thatI- know you get short staffed sometimes however it’s just little things like this that make a hotel even better and much remembered

The location, the room location, and CLEAN!!! I booked a room for my boyfriends 42nd birthday and the staff was awesome by allowing me to check in early to set up the room.

Bed mad waaayyyyy to much noise. Whenever one of us turned over, it was loud!! This is the only complaint

We stayed in the room with the whirlpool. It really added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.

The breakfast was a little over priced. It wasn’t anything beyond the typical continental breakfast most hotels include with their stay.
