This property is in a great location, easy to reach from the highway, easy to check in, friendly staff, accessible suite is super, super convenient to the parking lot for unpacking/repacking. This property is also very convenient to multiple dining and fuel options. The room itself was very warm on a cold winter night. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The breakfast options were good, especially at this price.

I didn't really find anything to dislike.

The hot tub and pool were both enjoyable, the indoor pool was comfortably warm. Breakfast included and area to make your own waffle area with butter and syrup. Inside of the hotel is wonderful and check in was easy, Becky went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.

Breakfast options were too limited (besides waffles, there were two cereal options and yogurt), small areas of the hotel were dirty, like rust behind the sink in our room. The blankets in the rooms were a little thin, but the temperature of the rooms was nice. The hallway was very warm, as if there was no air conditioning in the halls.

The staff were wonderful and very kind. Breakfast wasn't bad. The waffle machine is always a bit with the kiddos! The location, right on the water was fantastic. Being able to relax on the deck and watch the water is very relaxing.

Don't have too many complaints. Can't complain on location. Food was okay, but included, and our fur baby was able to come along, always a plus!

After reading a couple of bad reviews we almost looked at other hotels. I'm so very glad we didn't. The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast each morning was very good, several choices . The room...oh my goodness, the view was absolutely beautiful! The bed was comfortable and the room had wall to wall windows facing Lake Erie!

The ice machine closest to us was broken but it wasn't that far to the other one.

the location and outdoor area were very very nice.pool was clean room was great as well

breakfast was ok this time could definitely improve on it.wifi was awful .but that wasn’t terrible the disconnection from social media was actually a good thing lol

The powdered eggs an sausage for breakfast wasn't very good.

We had lake view. Staff was so friendly. Tony the manager went out of his way to make things easier for me because I couldn't climb stairs.

Staff was helpful and friendly. TV didn't work, they came right down and changed out right away. The room was clean. Great location. Quiet.

Breakfast sausage & eggs were horrible. While rooms were very clean hallways very dirty. Parking was difficult and tight- not ALOT that can be done about the but an issue. Bed was HARD HARD HARD. I slept in chair with footstool it was so uncomfortable

The breakfast was the normal Continental breakfast. But everything was fresh and the room was clean everything was well laid out. The room itself was sparkling clean fresh clean sheets and pillowcases, new comforters bathroom was squeaky clean. Very impressive. And the great perk was the nice deck on Lake Erie in the back! What a beautiful view! All new furniture and clean decking and pool area.

The outside was rather weedy which gives the wrong impression when you first arrive.

The girl at the front desk was kind and friendly. She was having some problems getting us checked in, but she stayed on it and never lost her patience. She got us checked into 2 of the best rooms they have.
