Lux apartment located in modern building near the beach area of Budva. Our apartment have all necessary equipment including household appliances (dishwasher, washing machine), tableware and cooking equipment. Staff change towels every two days and bedclothes every week. Outdoor swimming pool with chaise lounge area located in the roof of the nearby building, it's small, but comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great: beach area, old city and various restaurants are nearby.

The price for accommodation is high.

The pans in the kitchen were not cleaned. The parking was very expensive. No breakfast included. The beds were not comfortable, not of good quality. Overall too expensive for what you get.

Great location, very nice apartment, great view from the balcony. Beach and restaurants are very close by. Swimming pool is fantastic. Old city center in walking distance. All type of sea attractions are available within 100 m radius

Nights are very noisy, as the apartments faces one of the loudest night club. BUT they decrease the music after 1 am, so consider this. The curtains of the living room fall off, I asked to have it fix but it hadn’t happened.

We really liked the apartment and the location was perfect.

The only bad point was the constant music all day and night meant you couldn’t have a relaxing time. The constant thump of music made it very difficult to sleep. This wasn’t down to the apartments it was the surrounding places. Totally unacceptable to have it so loud.

Spacious, clean, center of Budva close to the sea, making everything accessible, the view is nice. Cooking utensils and a full kitchen with a microwave as well, washing machine, basically a furnished apartment with a bedroom and a living room. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Many items were missing or broken - there was no lid for the frying pan, soap dispenser was broken, no shower gel or anything like that included. And it's minor, but no salt or oil in the kitchen - buying food is expected, but we didn't need a full bottle of oil. When the wind picks up, it starts howling through the exit and the bathroom with no way of stopping it. Even when all the doors are closed, balcony doors are too old and let it through. If the balcony doors are open, opening the front door becomes a feat of strength. Sound is so bad it's hard to sleep. And a minor thing, but the two TVs could've included a chromecast, if you don't have an hdmi cable you're limited to just local TV.

Great location with everything we needed at close distance. Nice park outside the premises. Parking in the basement.

We loved the pool, but it was a bit irritating that we could only order something over 10 euros. Sometimes I just wanted a beer or one of the kids wanted water. Not a big thing, but still. Breakfast buffet was a bit too simple, so we choose to eat somewhere else in the mornings. A lot of good places near by.

Location was perfect. Near the beaches and old town. Private parking. Swimming pool was perfect. Views from apartment and pool were awesome (sea view). Balcony also very good. One could order breakfast and food to pool.

Sofa bed was terrible and a little broken too on arrival. Midway of our stay warm water stopped even though we used the boiler. Shower also slightly broken and spraying all over (not a big deal since the other water outlet worked ok). Service at apartment check-in was very dull. A smile would work! Not a big deal, just a hint.

The stay was very comfy and nice. Apartment was clean, view (from apartment 253) straight to the see, location very close to the old town. Sadly at my vacation time the pool area was already closed, but despite that would definitely recommend this place.

Spacious apartment with lots of storage. Two toilets was very helpful with there being five of us. Being able to shade from the sun in rooms and on balcony was very helpful. Pool on top of building was small , but very nice area.

A lot of building work around the apartment block - cranes spoiled the beautiful view. Cleaners came but did not do much cleaning.
