A modern hotel with large rooms and good bathrooms. Comfortable beds , pillows and extra bed blankets in room. The member of staff on check in was very good and the friendly atmosphere welcoming. Large lounge area for guests. Local restaurants available. Good breakfast for an additional price when booked at check in. This is then table service by a staff member in the morning. The size and quality of the bedroom makes the overall price appropriate.

The restaurant is closed and the recommended local restaurant can be booked in its entirety for local events. This meant an alternative has to be picked. The restaurant close by is of great quality but at a price.

The rooms and bathroom are a good size and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Be sure to get the sea side rooms, the view and when you open the windows you can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. You can pay for breakfast in advance, €10 and you will not be disappointed!

We were very well looked after. Taxi arranged to get us back to Porto. I forgot my bag (with crucial medication in it) and the manager found it and drove 20km to give it back to me before I’d even realised! So much kindness!

Esteban at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. We had drinks soon after arriving which were great. We had time to visit the beach after our day walking on the camino. Not so much beach but lovely spot to view the sea, look at the rock pools and soak our feet. Just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Esteban also helped book a table at Loren's (fantastic food) and in the process secured a perfect table for watching the sun set.

Not a typical camino place to sleep as a large hotel and perhaps dated. My only frustration was booking 2 rooms one with sea view and one with mountain view. Mountain view room was just 4 euro cheap but half the size with a view over the neighbour rather than the mountains. The people in this room however slept very well so all forgiven. Didn't impact us but no restaurant running when we visited.

The location was great and the room was clean. We liked the rain shower in the bathroom. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful.

It was a little noisy and we were close to the elevator so heard people coming on and off. Also, the wait staff in the restaurant we’re not very professional.

The view from our room was wonderful and we have 2 chairs to sit and enjoy it. We were able to buy a bottle of wine to have while enjoying the ocean view from our room. Our room was comfortable and large. The gentleman who checked us it was very helpful. We had a great breakfast.

We were walking the Camino Portugues and had planned to have dinner there but the restaurant isn't currently open which we didn't know until we arrived. There was a great restaurant within walking distance that we ended up going to.

Very nice breakfast (though not the cheapest - 10 euro), everything's already prepared when you wake up The staff prepared the breakfast even though I didn't have a reservation the day before, but decided for it in the morning

Wifi didn't work in my room "Old" smell, but not very irritating No reading lamp or smaller lamp, there was only big one in my room

The staff were very helpful. Actually had an espresso from an espresso maker vs the touch button auto maker. Even though breakfast was tradition it seemed special bcuz the staff served you. Room was very clean with a big bathroom.

Comfortable beds and room was a good size. Convenient for the Portuguese Coastal Camino. Bag transfers accepted. Some places to sit outside the room.

Nothing special. Bland, dated & impersonal. Not sure how it warrants 3 star rating.

Very nice hotel, perfect for Camino walking. Very comfortable room with sea views and the continental breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful.

Would have been nice to try the restaurant/bar but they were closed for low season.
