Completely spotless hotel and room. The staff are very kind and helpful. We loved the free shuttle to the casino and it was a great perk while we were attending a concert there. It was awesome not to have to worry about parking and we could enjoy our drinks safely. Our room was much larger than we anticipated and virtually spotless. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the plentiful pillows. We would absolutely return here to stay again!

Had trouble working the TV while we were there, but we weren't in the room enough for it to matter. It's an expensive hotel considering the area, but honestly, it's probably the nicest option in proximity to the casino.

We went for a concert at the Event Center and decide to stay in king room with trackside view of the horse track. This was my first time to a Casino and horse track. It did not disappoint!! What a pleasant surprise while having my morning coffee, opening the curtains to see the horses getting their exercise being trained! Some full speed!! Excellent room, staff were more than accommodating and it was a great time! Perfect venue! 🥰

The coffee maker could be upgraded.

The closeness to the casino.. breakfast is sub par but ok. It was my husband's 79th birthday. They gave us 2 5.00 coupons for food at the casino. Thought it could have been more but appreciated it. We stayed there for our 52nd anniversary and they gave us the same plus a 5.00 coupon for Applebee's.

Nothing really.. the rate is good if you don't go on weekends.. it is doubled or tripled . The bed pillows are way too small. Very comfortable .. hurts my neck

The hotel itself was nice and clean, staff very nice. Easy location to find and right next door to the casino, which was the purpose for our trip, to celebrate a birthday.

The breakfast service. It's somewhat lacking. For what you pay for the stay, a cold breakfast with some pastries and cold cereal and over hard boiled eggs was not what someone would expect in such a nice hotel. Disappointing.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, quiet. Shuttle service was great to/from the casino.

Shower - was hard to control temperature and barely a trickle. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Continental breakfast was less than par. Hard boiled eggs (peel yourself), cold cereal, instant oatmeal and stale pastries & muffins were the offer.

Extremely friendly staff, they helped me change my room when I am pretty sure I screwed up and picked the wrong one. But they fixed that very quickly. Room was nice, met my needs very well

If you're into the casino, its kind of a hike over there but I really wasnt there for that

Well the Hostess for breakfast was one of the Nicest people have met on our trip so nice to my children also. But I thought you guys could give her more to work with bacon,sausage, Waffles etc like at other hotels. I'm sure that would attract more tourist.

There was almost zero parking

We went on the weekend so it’s a lot of money on the weekend. We’ll go during the week next time, but we went to see a show. The room is very nice and my husband loves to go down for coffee danish in the morning. Restaurant are great to eat at. We love going now first few nights stay every few months

A little more variety for breakfast would be nice but overall good. Lady in the breakfast area working is very helpful and so very pleasant to talk to. I don't recall her name but she was there on Monday morning.

To breakfast was okay. Typically when we stay at a hotel that includes breakfast it always has eggs and sausage or bacon and waffle maker. The only breakfast they were offering was cereal, fruit, toast, bagel and Danish. Everything was fresh but was expecting a hot breakfast.

My wife and I thought the bed was uncomfortable. But maybe other people like a really hard bed.
